Portsmouth store closed early meaning…

Portsmouth store closed early meaning my husband had a wasted 2 hour drive to collect a boiler - when he got there before closing time the staff were already in their cars - their excuse was their manager said they could go early! Hubby had to drive back the next morning - 2 hr round trip and waste of fuel, to collect, not even an apology. Disgraceful customer service - had no response to my message on FB messenger either . Extremely rude and unprofessional.
