Very bad experience

I would like to complain that we have not received the parcel. They have failed to deliver the goods after receiving my money. After checking, they passed the parcel to the wrong person and refused to arrange a refund. This is unreasonable.

Hello thank you for your feedback. We have clarified with our delivery depot that the parcel was sent to you, through DX to the address on your order. You then contacted DX to change the delivery address and we have confirmation this was organised for you and delivered by DX. As a goodwill gesture, we have organised for a full refund.
