Portsmouth store closed early meaning my husband had a wasted 2 hour drive to collect a boiler - when he got there before closing time the staff were already in their cars - their excuse was their manager said they could go early! Hubby had to drive back the next morning - 2 hr round trip and waste of fuel, to collect, not even an apology. Disgraceful customer service - had no response to my message on FB messenger either . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Thank you for your reply I kept the gloves as helpful for protecting my arms but I think you need to look at your advertising for these gloves as it is misleading. They do not protect against prickles and stings etc on the hands and one size will definitely not fit all. Please don’t try to deceive people with descriptions that aren’t true.


Ordered guard gloves which although protect your arms when reaching into a bush to trim etc, the video clip / descriptions are very misleading. I have found you.can very much still feel brambles, nettles, stings, rose bushes etc throught the “hand “ part of the glove . Also they are a snug fit for even my small hands / arms so the “one size fits all’ is stretching the truth a bit!

Driver never knocks at door to let you know parcel is there, just leaves on doorstep for you to find by accident.

One big con, shoes ordered in April still not arrived, sent tracking number that can't be found. Paid with PayPal so put in a claim which eventually was upheld. Deeplymall sent Paypal a tracking number that referred to a parcel belonging to someone else. Spent lots of time sorting out with Paypal - Deeplymall wouldn't answer my emails except to provide a false tracking. Avoid like the plague! If you have paid with PayPal take out a claim if parcel doesn't arrive and hopefully you will get your money back as I did.

Paid a £50 deposit which took 3 weeks to get back after chasing to secure the appointment. Was greeted in a friendly way but then introduced to a dour, not very child friendly photographer who took my daughters photos. The photos were average although my daughter looked lovely - hair and make up girls made her look lovely and natural. The photographer however wasn't as friendly or talented.
The whole process was rushed and impersonal, like a production line.

The studio itself looked as though it could have done with a good clean and the floor swept.

After an hour wait we were shown the average badly cropped / edited photos (hands missing from arms in some) by Nikita. There was no assessment or advice for my daughter just a price list thrust at us for us to buy some poor quality photos for silly money. We declined to buy any and within seconds the atmosphere turned hostile and we were told that our slot could have been given to someone else - no doubt some one willing to part money for poorly taken photos and false dreams.

In my opinion this whole setup is a scam to sell over priced portfolios and give contacts to a few fee charging agencies. There is no interest in the client or advice/ assessment, you are purely there for them to earn money from the portfolios they try to flog you.

Also be prepared for a lengthy wait to have your deposit returned.

Would recommend avoiding this company at all costs as it is an unnecessary and likely in the majority of cases an unsuccessful route into modelling.

Prices are good and service and delivery also very good.

Delivery notification very useful and estimated time was spot on.
