Mr. Jim and Mr. Bert truly saved the day! I bought a standing radiator three years ago, but unfortunately, I misplaced the brackets needed to mount it. Both of them went above and beyond to help me by thoroughly checking their store and providing me with spare brackets. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance.
