 Just look at all the poor reviews. Just Avoid Virgin at all costs. 
 We have a battle every year over a new contract, and this year we've had enough and we're leaving them. We changed our contract online as our deal had expired on the 28th January to £69.00. The bill came out and was over £150. 
 So we rang them and they said there was a back log on contracts and that someone would contact us to sort it out. They never did, and now today; 27th February we have had our next bill and it is still over £150. It is not good enough! 
 So my wife rang up and the lady on the phone said she can only offer us £120, even though we have a completed contract on email for the £69. 
So apparently her boss is going to ring us to resolve, but he won't. This is how they look after customers who have been with them for many years ( and have a battle every year over a new contract ). 
We have had enough, we are leaving and if they try to charge us to leave even though they have not actioned our new contract then I am reporting them to OFCOM.
