Just look at all the poor reviews

Just look at all the poor reviews. Just Avoid Virgin at all costs.
We have a battle every year over a new contract, and this year we've had enough and we're leaving them. We changed our contract online as our deal had expired on the 28th January to £69.00. The bill came out and was over £150.
So we rang them and they said there was a back log on contracts and that someone would contact us to sort it out. They never did, and now today; 27th February we have had our next bill and it is still over £150. It is not good enough!
So my wife rang up and the lady on the phone said she can only offer us £120, even though we have a completed contract on email for the £69.
So apparently her boss is going to ring us to resolve, but he won't. This is how they look after customers who have been with them for many years ( and have a battle every year over a new contract ).

We have had enough, we are leaving and if they try to charge us to leave even though they have not actioned our new contract then I am reporting them to OFCOM.

The company that never gets back to you!

I never received my registration code for the oneview portal so this is what has happened so far:
1. I never received my registration code for the new portal. My wife received hers long ago, ( we both worked at Morrsions ).
2. I rang up and spoke to a lady who gave me a code. It wouldn't work but she said it would within 24 hours
3. I rang up again, as 48 hours later the code still didn't work. This different lady was not helpful. She just said there was a known glitch and to keep trying.
4. After trying every day for over a week, the registration still wouldn't work, so I filled in your online form for some help. I got an email the same day saying someone would be in touch, they never got back to me.
5. After waiting and not getting a reply to the form, I filled in this questionnaire that I am doing again now. A chap rang and left me an answering machine message as I was unavailable. He said he had reported the issue and that someone would get back to me. SUPRISE SUPRISE, nobody has got back to me; that was 8 days ago.
6. So I am filling in this survey AGAIN. I do not retire for 20 years, but I would love it if someone could resolve this issue before then so that I may access the portal and see my pension details before I do retire, or die from the exhaustion and frustration of trying to get someone to resolve this.

Tried them twice, both times poor service.

We have used this company twice for door glass. The first time it took nearly 3 months to get the glass ( we had renovated an entire property by the time it arrived. I had to send several emails and make phone calls to get it delivered.

Now we have ordered some more, to see if it's any better. Delivery date within 2 weeks, I thought that was pretty good. The delivery day came and went, I waited in for 12 hours and nothing showed up. So I rang them up today, they said the glass was there so they would find out from "despatch" when it would be delivered and call back. They didn't call back, so I rang up again, and they rang through to despatch to be told one of the glass panels was damaged and now I have to wait 2 more weeks.

It's poor service at best on both occasions and the only reason for 2 stars is I like the website, and they answer the phone quickly. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

The worst ever company at what they do

The worst ever company at what they do! Wow, I came on here to leave a review of how bad these guys are and there are already loads on here! I would give zero stars if I could. And here's why:

1. I am renovating a house and have about 50 deliveries and the only 2 that have been an issue were both with DX deliveries.
2. I ordered a bathroom from "better bathrooms" and paid an extra £45 for next day delivery and I waited in all day and it just never came on the day that DX said it would come.
3. I ordered some skirting boards from "SkirtingUk" and was given a delivery day and times of between 8am and 6pm. I waited in all day - No show! BIG SHOCK
4. They do not contact you to say your delivery is not coming.
5. They do not contact you to re-arrange delivery
6. I rang there help line 3 times and was on hold for more than 10 Minutes each time - NO ANSWER
7. The tracking information they give is useless - it just says it has left the Crewe depot - it never changes.
8. The delivery window is 8am to 6pm! what good is that?? Every other company gives an am or pm at least, or even a 2 hour window. But DX just don't know when they can be arsed to deliver.

These guys are absolutely awful at what they do, and the worst thing is, you can tell by all of the reviews on google that they just do not give a monkeys about getting better!

We live in a world where I can order on amazon and get it delivered before I have made a cup of tea. B&Q sent me 4 texts and 4 emails, they gave me a call the day before and the driver even rang me 10 minutes before they arrived ( a little bit too much communication maybe ), but DX cannot even call or text to let you know they are not delivering on the specified day.

The sad thing is, I used BETTER BATHROOMS and SKIRTINGUK who choose to use these clowns to deliver to their customers and now my opinion of both of those companies is tainted when actually it is not their fault. They need to ditch DX - they would be better using carrier pigeons.

Shocking Shocking Shocking! From now on, if I am going to order something I am going to check if the company uses DX to deliver and if they do I will shop somewhere else.

This company is the REAL DEAL and every company needs heroes like Dan.

This company is the REAL DEAL. I have used them 4 times now and they are superb. Website is good and well priced, instant email with delivery dates and never let me down. I contacted them about combining a delivery and they were super helpful on the phone. Today, Dan from the Tamworth branch delivered 8 radiators but I had ordered to my home address rather than the house we are doing up 2 miles away. No problem for Dan, he was happy to follow me up there and deliver to that address! Unbelievable service. Every company needs people like Dan. Can do attitude. Love Mr central heating, we won't use anyone else ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impossible to cancel

I had sold my car and just wanted to opt out of the AUTO RENEWEL QUOTE!! but of course you can't just do that online, even though everything else you can do online. Oh no, if you want to cancel you have to start a live chat, so I went through all of the questions only to find live chat was not available! so now you have to ring, and you know you're going to be on hold to get through for hours! So I fill in all the automated questions ( a million of them ) and have been on hold now for 14 minutes and still nobody has answered! I am so cheesed off. It really really annoys me that if you want to add things to your policy or spend more money you can do it quicker than taking a breath, but if you need to cancel it's more painful than anything you'll ever have to endure. It's probably easier to just stay insured for a car you don't own as it will be cheaper than your phone bill if you try to cancel.

1. MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL VIA THE ONLINE ACCOUNT
2. GET SOME STAFF SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY RUN LIVE CHAT
3. GET SOME STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

ABSOLUTE CRAP!!! OH AND i AM STILL ON HOLD!!!

Delivery nightmare - wrong twice

The product is great quality, but the service and delivery is very poor. My order was missing two items. After chasing them, they despatched and assured me they would arrive today. Today 1 of the items has arrived and I am still missing 1 item! How can the delivery be wrong twice??? Reading through the reviews this is a common problem for gardenman. when is someone there going to take charge and sort out distribution? I have no issue with delays, but once despatched the delivery should be correct.

There was a problem with my initial printer that was delivered but the excellent service I received from Andy and Richard made me feel confident at all times for a quick resolution, and that's exactly what I got. I have used printerland for 5 years, had several printers from them and will never go anywhere else.
