I orderd a pump and got a lamp-shade for 700 Euro. I have tried to get in contact with Group Sumi without sucess. I will contact our goverment or try to sue them if they dont respond. It has taken 8 weeks without any respons what they are doing

I bought a boiler in February
I bought a boiler in February. So from that moment till today (end of September) I don’t have hot water ant heating at home. I order boiler at dutch website, but the boiler comes Italian with factory errors. And nobody can fix it. Want to replace/return/fix. Spend already a lot of money with 0 result.

Incredibily unhappy with the service
Incredibily unhappy with the service. The delivery was first delayed by 2 weeks and once it did get delivered the internal tank had been considerablly damaged in transit. I have tried numerous times to contact them using different means only ever recieving one response after a week of trying - where I was asked if I could still just use the damaged product which had bent and damaged pipes. After requesting a replacement I have not been able to get a response in a week now.

Order was sent for delivery the day after I ordered it. Very prompt service and I was kept informed of the parcels progress until I received it. Excellent service.
Best customer support I’ve ever experienced
This has been by far the best customer support I’ve ever received. Even though the air-conditioning units arrived a little later than I expected, the level of service more than made up for it. Every time I had a question, I got a response almost instantly, always helpful, always clear.
I was kept informed throughout the process, and the team even handled adjustments on the invoice for me without me having to do anything. Special thanks to Laya from customer support - she was absolutely amazing.
I genuinely can’t recommend this company more. 10/10 experience.

Prices are good, customer service isn’t
The prices are good but the service after purchase isn’t. Orders are a week later than planned (still hasn’t arrived) and when contacting support on a new delivery date (in order to plan installation by local company) I get no answer.
Also not possible to cancel order even though it hasn’t been shipped after 16 days. Customer service says I have to wait till it’s shipped, reject the package at the door, and let them send it back. I ordered an airconditioning unit, but then decided to go for a bigger unit, so I ordered that as well. Cancelling the first order hasn’t been possible and I have more than 1000 euro’s locked up and waiting because they want to ship it first (again, still hasn’t been shipped after 16 days). They claim the reason is because they work in a logistical warehouse, which I understand, but it’s been so long it must be possible to get that package out of the process.
When asking about product information before purchasing they reply very quick, which is nice.
