I bought a water pump to increase the water preassure.
Since the pump's pressure wasn't enough I asked the return and refund of the product.
int.rehabilitaweb rejected even after mention of 2011/83/EU European Directive.

Please be very careful with this company. They send products not well protected with heavy damage and their response is not at all what you expect from a professional business. They leave me with damaged products and no possibility to return/replace the goods or compensate. This feels like a hit and run player. After sales is terrible!

Ordered a honey well pressure reducing valve the one delivered was a different make and different from the advertised valve also the adjuster missing it's not of a quality that I will fit so money wasted, on a positive comment the part arrived quickly with good communication from company, next time I will order better quality

How am I to know that you do not answer calls from outside Spain? It is not on your site, although a phonenumber is mentioned when setting your site to any other language than Spanish.
It is also not mentioned automatically when you are called by a customer. And the phone ìs answered, but just in Spanish. No one to tell me in English that you don't help customers by phone from abroad there as well. Everything that is mentioned is not understandable for international buyers. And when I call back the agent just disconnects. How friendly is that, leaving the customer unknown of why the phone won't be answered?

I did receive the notification that delivery was delayed, but only after several mails, contact forms (which take days to get answered) and a review. If resonse takes this long, it is very understandable that customers start calling by phone when they can't find nowhere that that is not possible.

Even now, you site says that this product can be delivered withing 3-5 working days althpugh already last week you knew that this product can't be delivered that fast.

I won't cancel the order and wait for end November. I just wished you had informed me a bit better, and faster.

EDIT 1: After this review, finally got an email that delivery is postponed for another month...

I am getting quite angry this company by now.
I have sent several inquiries though their contact form by now, which are not answered.

When I call them, I get someone on the phone who only speaks Spanish and no English at all. When I ask for someone who does speak English, I get another Spanish answer and are not transferred to another agent. She even hangs up on me!
You sell internationally! Why is there no one who speaks English??? When I call back, the phone is always disconnected. You don't even want to speak to me anymore?

I need more information about when my order is being sent. It is still their website as "in stock", which clearly isn't. Only one response that it is being ordered at their supplier, but no estimate delivery whatsoever...

I ordered 5/8 insulated copper pipes for my aircon. Arrived very fast. But ffs the product quality is utter f. rubbish. In hour a sweared the whole vocabulary. The copper pipes thin as paper. Useless. They bending and breaking from a slight fart. Even the cutting is impossible. It does not hold shape whatsoever. They should be banned and punished to sell product like this online!

My parents live in Spain, they have used this company several times with no issue.
I ordered an item on the 30th May 2022 (it is now 13th July 2022) and despite several emails chasing the delivery of it they are not replying. I've also tried calling the numbers provided but they say that they can't speak English! They shouldn't operate a UK version of their site then!
Not sure where I go from here apart from reporting as theft.

We have ordered 2 duravit toilets from them and thought it was incredible that someone thought it was a good idea to protect one and not the other. Obviously one was damaged. Their delivery service was quite appalling. Sadly, we then had to wait another week to get the second toilet - and had issues with delivery again. I asked for compensation at the end (we delayed all our building works for 7 days) and was told it was because the transport strikes (which absolutely wasn’t). I was disappointed and absolutely would not use this company again. Their customer service team did respond to be fair, but had little control. Their delivery company really let them down:

Wow this is a fraud company and I will send a warning to everyone that they say things are in stock. When you have made the order do you get info that they don´t have it in stock and that they will try to send it later. Then if you decide to cancel the order as you dont want to wait 4 weeks for something they say they can deliver in 4 days don´t you get all the money back.
They don´t deserve to represent Hans Grohe or other premium brands. Also the worst dated webbsite, like a german site 10 years ago.
