Terrible customer service. Ordered a heat pump (€5000) ten days ago, was told it would be delivered on the 3rd or 4th of July. I was told I would get another email once it was dispatched. Still no email on the 2nd of July so I emailed asking what was going on. I was told it wasn't dispatched as the were waiting for a part (wired controller). They asked if I wanted the rest of the heat pump delivered. I replied saying yes and asked when it would be delivered and when they were expecting the controller to be in stock. Didn't get an answer to either question, heat pump still hasn't been dispatched and I'm getting to reply to emails. No contact phone number. Terrible customer service. Stay well clear of this company

My order was delivered on time no problems. Tracking was a little bit off because I received an email saying that my order was delivered but i didn't receive anything. I called the courier and left a message they called me back and explained that my order was already at the local distribution center and it will be delivered tomorrow and the next day the driver called and informed me that he was on the way to my house. The other problem is when I opened the packages the manual and the mounting kit was missing i send them 2 emails but but nobody has been able to help me with this issue. From what I understand is once you receive your order and if anything is wrong you are stuck with it. Unacceptable on there behalf..That's my last order from this company.

The customer support team responded promptly and competently to both of my technical questions. The price was reasonable. The delivery was clearly communicated and was quick (considering that it was shipped from Spain to Germany). The product is exactly as described. I will definitely order my next air conditioner from Groupsumi.

I bought 2 heating pumps, 2 months ago. Still don’t got it.. I wrote to them on chat and they said they would contact the shipping company, with promise that I would hear from them the day after. Now it’s 2 weeks ago, and I’ve texting them on the chat 5 times, with no answers…

I ordered and paid 800€ pump, delivery should have been 9th of April. It is 5th of May and still nothing.
I have been texting them every other day, reply is still the same: 'I will contact the manufacturer and let you know.'
They are always postponing by another 2-3 days.

Do not order! Try to avoid this website at all cost.

No delivery for weeks, no info. For 3k EUR AC order. Feels like a scam.

I chose a heat pump that was a good product and a very good value deal. I needed the unit to be delivered at a particular time, as I live in a place where delivery is difficult. I therefore arranged for a neighbour to take delivery of the unit and store it in his garage for a few days. I also booked an installation engineer to come a few days after the delivery date. The website told me that the delivery timescale was 3-4 days, and I even checked on the website's Live Chat that this was correct. I waited to order the unit until the delivery date was right for me, then made the order. I found the ordering process very easy.
The problem came when the transport company DB Schenker got involved. I could see from the tracking that GrupoSumi despatched my order within a few hours. However, it then did not move from Schenker's warehouse in Barcelona for more than 2 days. This meant that the delivery was 2-3 days late. I was very annoyed because I had already taken a day off work for the projected delivery date, and I ended up spending many hours trying to chase the delivery.
Whilst the problem was with DB Schenker, GrupoSumi should reconsider giving such short delivery timescales on their website. Had the delivery time been 7 days, I would have been perfectly happy. But setting customers a very high expectation and then failing to meet it is not good for customer satisfaction.
