Zero customer service help

Order no 1200882209. Bit reluctant to have to write a negative review but see how many others have the company has obviously changed. I ordered a nightdress and slippers for my daughter-in-law who is ill in hospital.I contacted the company to ask if the order could send the order urgently. They replied yes they would.The despatch was very quick but the item has been stuck since the 7 October with LaPoste who say the weight is not correct. I contacted the company and was given a tracking number which just says the same. I sent a screen print to DN and have not received a reply.

Un article commandé le 1er octobre pour un cadeau d'anniversaire demain. Il n'a toujours pas été expédié et j'ai dû en acheter un autre. J'achète chez Sézane depuis de nombreuses années et j'ai toujours été impressionnée par leur service client et leur rapidité d'expédition, mais je suis très déçue de ce dernier achat.

Service client épouvantable

J'ai acheté trois paquets de poisson chez Grand Frais à Agen vendredi. J'en ai cuisiné deux et, une fois cuits, les deux avaient une odeur et un goût d'ammoniaque. J'achète la même marque au même magasin depuis des années et aucun problème. La présence d'ammoniaque dans le poisson est un signe de vieux poisson en décomposition et, même si elle ne rend pas malade, elle est immonde et immangeable. J'ai essayé de signaler poliment ce problème par téléphone à trois reprises, mais ils ont raccroché à trois reprises. Première plainte en 15 ans et le service n'est pas celui qu'on attend de cette entreprise. 32 € de poisson à la poubelle.

Behave like amateurs.

How that I had looked up this company on this site before I booked. We booked paid and now the hosts are contacting us as if we are scammers. Maybe they have had a bad experience with guests but it is concerning. I have tried to contact the company and they have every trick in the book to avoid customers being able to contact them. This is our first booking with them and not a good omen. We have used another similar company for 30 years and no problems.

I have ordered a couple of times and…

I have ordered a couple of times and been happy. The last order included a dress which the size was marked wrong. I sent it back for a refund on 12 August. They received it yesterday and now tell me 14 days before I will receive a refund. In 2025 that is unacceptable. Every other company refunds in 3 days.

Tracking is thé worst I have seen in a long time. In fact the whole service had deteriorated. Too long to despatch orders using Colis Priv a useless delivery company. All companies now give an updated estimated delivery time not this one.

Only the third order I have made…

Only the third order I have made on-line with Zara. Yesterday I ordered a dress on-line at 10.00 and delivery was stated as Friday. It arrived today in deepest southern France at 12.15. The products have all been well made and fit perfectly even the shirt dresses button with room across my 36G bust. From my experience to date they are 5*. However, I know my size and what suits me.

Yesterday and today on the French…

Yesterday and today on the French Lessons the App keys freezing and a message pops up Oops sorry something went wrong. I contacted Babbel and no response. I had to delete and reinstall the App. Again today the same. Customer service vous etes tres inutile.

2 it is not resolved and shame on you that I had to go on Trustpilot to get a response. Your customer service has not responded. The App has been updated and it still freezes. I keep having to delete the app and reinstall it. I have a new IPad Air and maybe your App is not compatible with the new versions.

3 Day three and still Babbel have no contacted me except for the reply below. The App still does not work. Someone also with a a new IPad bough in the last week tried to use it and had the same problem. So, do not Babbel is not compatible to IPad Air cellular.

I have sent you six emails. All of which have received your ‘ we received and will respond’ email. You have done nothing to resolve the problem.

My son sent flowers to France for…

My son sent flowers to France for Mother’s Day. Either he put in the incorrect postcode or the company did. When I found out that the code was wrong I contacted the company to ask if they advise DPD to alter the code. They refused said it was not their responsibility and hung up. Same in emails. I contacted DPD who immediately amended the postcode and delivered the flowers to me. When they arrived the package was a mess it was not substantial enough for a long journey. They were just had a bit of damp tissue paper at their stems. No sachet of stuff to refresh them and the box was so flimsy. In 15 years here and countless flowers received the first complaint. First time used and the last.

I had an item I needed urgently at our…

I had an item I needed urgently at our French house. I booked with DPD it weighed 400g and cost £93. DPD confirmed it had been despatched. I then received a text from UPS saying they had it. One day later I received a text from GLS saying they had it and it would be delivered yesterday. I noticed the name of another village 15 miles away. I emailed the company and asked them to explain. No answer.
Yesterday I tried calling GLS 5 times and every time they hung up after the female staff were very rude. They kept saying it the package was marked to be delivered to the other village. Then I received a phone call from the driver who was in the wrong village saying there was no street or house of the name on the package. He refused to bring it here or leave it with a friend who lives there. He said it would go back to the depot and be returned to the U.K. eventually after leaving messages on GLS answerphone the driver arrived here. The package had the label my son printed off with everything correctly marked.
Trying to contact DPD yesterday was a nightmare. Nobody is interested. Nobody could answer as to why a parcel I had a contract with them to deliver was handed over to UPS, GLS and then a man with a van GLS subcontract too. If it had gone missing I doubt they would have paid up even though I had insurance. Today I did a round Robin to 150 companies I do business with telling them not to use DPD local.

I have placed four orders since January for delivery to France. All were problem free. Great choice and stock of everything I needed. Good communication as to status of order. Quick tracked delivery. One delivery I needed urgently, came in 24 hours. Really lovely, helpful staff.
