The second broken Samsung device first was a washing machine, and now it's a fridge. All the top-of-the-line models don't have support. I will never buy any Samsung device again, as the support and warranty process are shocking. I would give it a 0 star if I could change it. Never again!!!

1 star The price we book on website was nothing to the price we paid on arrival we got different car that was broken. We got overcharged for service it was late at night with 2 kinds. I feel like this is a big scam!!!

AVOID AMAZON !!!! Maybe this will teach them to respect customer who pays they wages !!!

Nie polecam tej firmy obsługa klienta może i szybko odpisuje ale jest arogancka, jako wieloletni klient zostałem potraktowany bez zrozumienia. Kwiaty dostarczone dziś były zwiędnięte. Wysłano mi zjecie z momentu przygotowania co z tego jak przyszło co innego. Nie polecam !!! Usługi nie są tanie a jakość już drugi raz słaba. Jako właściciel firmy zależy mi na opiniach klientów a tu jest na odwrót.

Its now month since I’m without vacuum, I was promised 3 weeks a go to get refund this morning I got email they will take another 7 days to try to fix this faulty vacuum. Absolutely joke at this stage !!! I will never buy their product again !!!

My second and last order with this company!!! Total waste of time !!! First order never processed this time this same only one part send other not available it’s a joke why website has availability but when you order after over weeks waiting message no stock. Not even try offer support just refund put over week of waiting time for nothing. Bad customer service no one reply to my message ect. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Avoid this company!!!!

Absolute SCAM I got 1 year subscription on AliExpress after moth stop work contacted several times to support it’s a joke !!! Seller not reply nor even read messages and they reply to me please contact sellers he is very good and will help 🤣🤣🤣 I lost my money no service ect I washer my time. Looks like in support work bunch of i ….. who don’t give a ….. I will never use AliExpress again I prefer pay more and be protected not support scammers !!!!

I have to say nightmare to deal !!!! I wish to give “0” stars !!! I change my payment date by 6 days I was insured by staff I will be charged for this 6 days no problem for me but when I got my bill and it was double I could believe. I try to contact support for more than 8 hours in total crazy they transfer me to other team members ect but no one could explain and resolve billing issue 🤬. I’m frustrated about this €140 euro for just plain broadband it’s crazy !!! Staff in help centre incredibly bad service no idea what they do read info like a robots 🤪. No idea what they do. That’s not the way to deal with regular customer I never see something like that. I was promised they will contact me many times no one call or email 😤. For sure this is case for consumers court as they broke the contract by double charging me. Again crazy. When it’s works is ok but try to deal with them NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
