Before making an order, I was checking the payment and found a ridiculous fee for PayPal options. After trying to reach customer service for a double check. As expected, this is not a store, a total scam. Customer service can't even understand customers and provides random nonsense.

I was just asking for a code to set up a universal remote control! He wanted all informations like warranty card order number and everything 🤷♂️ iam just renting the house didn’t made any order! Just wanted a general information which code I need to type into the remote to be able to control there AC but he couldn’t provide me that 🤪🤦♂️ also on the website they offer all codes for all manufactures but not for there own ACs 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
