⭐☆☆☆☆ Same defect twice – unacceptable experience with ClimaMarket and Samsung
We purchased a Samsung air conditioning unit (model WEUSPRZHK) from ClimaMarket, and have now experienced the exact same defect twice with the indoor unit.
After the first failure (a leaking and freezing evaporator), ClimaMarket sent us a replacement unit. Initially, that seemed like an acceptable solution — but only a few months later, the exact same issue occurred again.
Our installers, with over 20 years of experience, fully dismantled the unit and confirmed that the evaporator is full of holes. This clearly has nothing to do with the installation, but points to a structural manufacturing defect by Samsung.
What makes this even worse is that the unit is installed in our bedroom, and removing it requires a major dismantling job each time.
We have provided photo and video evidence to ClimaMarket, yet received no long-term solution — only vague responses blaming bad luck or installation faults.
In summary:
❌ Same serious defect twice in a short time
❌ No accountability from Samsung or ClimaMarket
❌ Very disappointing and slow after-sales service
We strongly advise against buying from ClimaMarket or choosing Samsung air conditioning units.
If you value reliability and proper customer service, look elsewhere.
