Thats already 43 days that i have paid

Thats already 43 days that i have paid. Still not recieved any update on my purchase! Since second week they are postponing to the next week. I have rescheduled the installations already 4 times.

Deliver time was 10 days according to the website when i placed my order.
Its so frustrating that they show no responsibility for this issue. Lastmessages of mine are not even been responded.

I ordered some Tado radiator…

I ordered some Tado radiator thermostats from them and there was no progress for more than 2 weeks. Products still not delivered I have requested a refund but doubt I will get it.

EDIT: I got a refund, but will not recommend to use them in future
