Good and straight forward homepage with a nice overview of products and prices including delivery calculation abroad at checkout.
Took about one week to deliver to Copenhagen with nice tracking service.
A bit slow on the communication side on their Alibaba platform, where I originally found the company, searching for a heat pump.
The seller never referred to their own platform which actually are better. When I googled the company name I found it and afterwards everything was easy and faster.
I even found a better pump than I originally were interested in, inside the same price range.
The seller from Alibaba were also providing tracking service, although it sometimes took a day and a half before I got answer to my inquiry.
About the Samsung heat pump I bought there's nothing to say really, it's high quality and high performance brand. Much better price than in Denmark.
