They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from my prescriptions to advice on over-the-counter treatments. The staff even checked in on me after a few days to see how I was feeling, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The pharmacy is always clean, organized, and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to visit.
The website is down
The website is down, and I need to order a refill. Telephone service has a ridiculously long wait. Oh, and I have using the website to keep track of my Rx, so I don't even know the Rx # of what I need to get a refill. I have sent an E-mail, so maybe someone will answer it, but I rather doubt it.
Update!!
Update!!! 3 d ago I had posted that I had been struggling to get my medicine, and had posted a review. Today, out of nowhere my medicine arrived in the mailbox. I’m relieved that this company is real, but I’m only giving them 4 Stars, as they definitely need to get better at responding to emails or phone calls.

They used to be good. But I will never order from them again. I have an order in their purgatory that keeps saying "Pending Provider Confirmation". My provider has called them and was told that I have to order online or by phone and once I pay, the order will be filled and delivered. Funny, the order is showing in their system online and they have my credit card in their system. I tried calling them, got cut off after 17 minutes just as I was the next caller in line. What a disappointment. Their prices were great but their service is awful.

Don't waste your time with GeniusRX
The GeniusRX website has zero functionality, they do not respond to emails and the hold times average 1 hour. Not worth dealing with these guys.

I'm done with Geniusrx! They have never followed up with prescriptions sent in by the physicians. You don't know if they received it, quantity or price unless YOU call them. You have to call because the prescriptions are no where to be found on your Dashboard. When you do call, the customer service person answering doesn't listen. Cuts you in the middle of your conversation with assumptions and conclusions that are incorrect because they don't let you finish talking. When you're finished explaining, they ask questions which were already answered, if they were listening! One important thing about pharmacists, many of them do care about people...and if you run out of medication because you didn't call them, too bad, we'll send it in a week or two if it isn't on backorder. Another problem with Geniusrx is they will take your order without any regard to how long it would take to get the medication in your hands. If you are luck, you'll get an email stating its delayed. For myself, they are NOT worth the lower medication prices. I sought Geniusrx from a Consumer Reports review and regret it.

Not good pharmacy anymore
I've been using mailmyprescriptions 2 yrs until they change to geniusrx. Last year geniusrx never fail about my prescription, but suddenly this year I ordered months ago and until now it still says pending provider information. I got 2 months of my pills for this new prescription, after that nothing at all anymore. I tried to order again lastweek, and both of my orders say pending provider confirmation. Are you serious? Good thing it's not pills my life depends on. Bad customer service too, telling me that my order is processing, like for how long. A year? I liked them before but not anymore, worst online pharmacy ever.

Have ordered from them before. Placed another order last Thursday 11/10/22. I verified with my doctor they transmitted the new script. Today, 11/16 i checked website and it shows the receipt of my script but the rep said their computers are broken and order ELSEWHERE! Never will use singlecare/geniusrx again.
UPDATE- THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER TELLING ME I WOULD BE PROCESSED IN ORDER OF RECEIPT OF THAT ORDER. LIARS.

I was paying a high price for my generic Celebrex with insurance. I decided to look around and found Geniusrx. The first time I ordered a 90 day supply it was $23 something. This time $9.03. How can you not use them?? l love this service. Customer service is very helpful and my prescription comes in the mail in a timely manner. You rock!!

Brian, I know exactly what you're talking about. I've been trying to get my gabapentin for going on three weeks. First I wasnt inforrmed that my prescription was suddenly only valid for 6 months and I had ordered 4 days past that date. Then I spoke with Sid(?), the supervisor, refunded my payment,and promised to.have it shipped priority. I will be out tomorrow.i still see no notification that it has been shipped as promised and I'm going to be out completely tomorrow afternoon. UNBELIEVABLE.

I am rewriting my review of GeniusRX. I previously rated them 1 star due to having many negative issues trying to get my heart maintenance prescriptions. GeniusRX replied to my review being very apologetic for all the issues I was having. My prescription arrived within a few days and I was charged the correct price. I’m giving them a 4 star review now that they have corrected the problem. Upon my next script order I expect to receive the usual prompt service as I was used to. I really like how I can pay way less by buying through GeniusRX out of pocket than using my health insurance and paying my copay.

A shell of what they once were….
I’ve been ordering 90 day supplies of multiple meds from this company for YEARS. Long before they changed their name, back when they gave outstanding FRIENDLY customer service, back when the meds were delivered nicely packaged. Fast forward to now, multiple times being on hold for 15-20 minutes, multiple requests for call backs yet they NEVER do, and now no auto refills?!?!
If they have even a snowball’s chance in hades of surviving, they need to take a look at Mark Cuban CostPlus and massively reengineer their company immediately. BTW, prices for Cuban’s meds kicks their butt!

Despite initial satisfaction (over a year ago), the level of service has fallen off a cliff. There is virtually no phone support - requests for call-backs flyer their inability to field call are ignored. I have moved all my prescriptions to another provider rather than endure this lack of service.

Very stressed out customer
I would have liked to give a good review, but my order never went thru I waited a couple week for my order and found out it never went thru. That was on July 12th, then I decided to try again but every time I called to see what happened the lines were busy and had to get a call back, they called me back once and it was 5:30 my time and I missed the call, so after 2 weeks trying to get thru, I tried the website again and it said i needed to call because something went wrong. After looking at it I fixed it and ordered my meds again and it went thru, so happy then after a week no notifications or anything saying that the order was canceled, so I called on the 27th and found out my refill was expired, I had until 7/30/22 to do the refill.
Which would have worked if my first order on 7/12/22 went thru but who know what the hell happened to that order, so it's been a month and a half since I've been on my anxiety medications and it's not a pretty sight. Very upset with Genius RX
