Lori, the customer service agent on chat, was amazing. Very patient, price matched where needed, and walked me through the process. My only issue is that GeniusRX's prices for the drug that I've gotten from them twice before have quadrupled. It's now in line with major retail pharmacies' retail prices, but It's much cheaper through GoodRX, which eliminates the advantage that GeniuxRX had.

There are free sites/tools that can save you money (like Honey, RetailMeNot, etc.), but you get what you pay for. I've been a subscriber to FreeShipping.com for some time, and it pays for itself handsomely: 10% off for each purchase, free shipping (which sometimes allows me to purchase expedited shipping), and importantly, free RETURN shipping. If you start your shopping at their portal, you're bound to save. They pay promptly each quarter and filing the claim is super easy.
