What a pleasure it was to speak with Emily! I asked if she helped me in February when I pjj mg aced my first order. She checked her records and said yes she was the one!!!
She once again did an awesome job trying to resolve why I had problems with reordering the RX.
I wish that all people in customer service used the skills and kindness that Emily had and uses with each and every call. I know as I was involved in positions while I work (40+ years) that needed excellent customer service skills.

I had a dog diagnosed with Brain Cancer. the cost of Chemo pills from the Vet and every other place I tried was going to be to expensive for me to budget, then I found Geniusrx, and their price was 75% less than anyone else. They gave me few more months with my dog, otherwise I would have had to put her down 4 months ago, and I am blessed to have had more time with her, she was a very special dog. Great experience
To refill a prescription recently, I found the best price listed at GeniusRx, so I set up an account on the user-friendly web site and made my order.
I had one question during the process and called for help which was provided efficiently and courteously.
My order arrived promptly and most agreeably in a simple , eco-friendly, re-usable package.

It works I guess
Takes about 3-4 weeks to get your medication so make sure you account for that. They also won’t contact you when your prescription goes through or respond to emails, so make sure you are always contacting them via live chat or phone. Prices are decent and staff is helpful, but definitely not a convenient alternative.

Refused to fill my doctors prescription twice
Today I contacted GeniusRx via live chat to find out why my order has been cancelled for a second time, my doctor has now sent 2 prescriptions to them and each time they have refused to fill it. I think they are transphobic. My live chat was with Nicole and I felt her response was rude and did not answer my question.
