Ordering is terrible. When reordering, it takes forever! Wait times are anywhere from a half hour and up just to make contact. Operators are hard to understand because of foreign accents. Online ordering needs to be made easier and streamlined so you don't need to speak to anyone. Prices are excellent but not worth the hassle. Very unhappy!

Placed an online order on Nov 25th of $121 for Xmas gifts for Granddaughter. Order was confirmed for cash back through Rakuten. Amount of cash back on this order was just under $10. My account at Rakuten said amount would be paid by Ulta by Dec. 21st. Just checked and Ulta Beauty is now not going to pay the cash back for this order. Will not order again or go in their store. Was also disappointed with the packing of the order.

Would order from again but with one recommendation for Vision Direct UK... I live in the United States. Additional tape on the box would be nice due to the long journey. My order arrived quickly but was basically open because it was originally sealed with a small (about 1 inch) circle of tape which had pealed partially off. Had someone wanted to, they could have easily swiped the contents. Thank goodness that didn't happen. Otherwise, I received my order on the exact day that I was supposed to and will order from again. Very happy! Thanks!
