Have ordered from them before

Have ordered from them before. Placed another order last Thursday 11/10/22. I verified with my doctor they transmitted the new script. Today, 11/16 i checked website and it shows the receipt of my script but the rep said their computers are broken and order ELSEWHERE! Never will use singlecare/geniusrx again.

UPDATE- THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER TELLING ME I WOULD BE PROCESSED IN ORDER OF RECEIPT OF THAT ORDER. LIARS.

I do have great news that our technical teams have been working through the night and early this morning to resolve this issue. We are working tirelessly to get all orders processed, shipped, and expedited asap. The system outage lastly approximately 3 business days and while that is very a long time for a patient to wait for their order to be confirmed, processed, and shipped, our teams have placed safety measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future. UPDATE: Your Prescriber denied your request to fill your prescription. Please contact your Prescriber for further details. Unfortunately, Pharmacy's are at the approval or denial of Prescriber's. If a Prescriber needs to see a patient prior to sending in a prescription, this could typically be a reason for the Pharmacy cancelling your order. An email was sent to you with further details.
