I'm done with Geniusrx
I'm done with Geniusrx! They have never followed up with prescriptions sent in by the physicians. You don't know if they received it, quantity or price unless YOU call them. You have to call because the prescriptions are no where to be found on your Dashboard. When you do call, the customer service person answering doesn't listen. Cuts you in the middle of your conversation with assumptions and conclusions that are incorrect because they don't let you finish talking. When you're finished explaining, they ask questions which were already answered, if they were listening! One important thing about pharmacists, many of them do care about people...and if you run out of medication because you didn't call them, too bad, we'll send it in a week or two if it isn't on backorder. Another problem with Geniusrx is they will take your order without any regard to how long it would take to get the medication in your hands. If you are luck, you'll get an email stating its delayed. For myself, they are NOT worth the lower medication prices. I sought Geniusrx from a Consumer Reports review and regret it.
