I'm done with Geniusrx

I'm done with Geniusrx! They have never followed up with prescriptions sent in by the physicians. You don't know if they received it, quantity or price unless YOU call them. You have to call because the prescriptions are no where to be found on your Dashboard. When you do call, the customer service person answering doesn't listen. Cuts you in the middle of your conversation with assumptions and conclusions that are incorrect because they don't let you finish talking. When you're finished explaining, they ask questions which were already answered, if they were listening! One important thing about pharmacists, many of them do care about people...and if you run out of medication because you didn't call them, too bad, we'll send it in a week or two if it isn't on backorder. Another problem with Geniusrx is they will take your order without any regard to how long it would take to get the medication in your hands. If you are luck, you'll get an email stating its delayed. For myself, they are NOT worth the lower medication prices. I sought Geniusrx from a Consumer Reports review and regret it.

Declining customer service & security…

Declining customer service & security protection. I have been a member of AE for 20+ years. Over the past few years I'm experiencing Customer Service which is getting worse, not better. It has gone from exceptional to awful! They have Chat available 24/7. You enter chat by disclosing your issue, then they waste your time with questions about the issue which they knew they couldn't resolve, then refer you to CALL Customer Service by phone. When you call Customer Service, be prepared for a 10+ min hold time, and repeating the very same questions you answered in Chat, when they could have pulled up your Chat conversation and everything they needed, instead of wasting more of your time. I've already significantly reduced use of my AE card. It's is heart breaking to see such a reputable company, American Express, decline like this.

Horrid experience with Mercari!

Since July, I've purchased 6 items that I never received. That's double of my past 20 years on other auction sites. I also had many transactions cancelled by the seller, more than I've had in over 20 years on eBay and I've only been with Mercari for 8 months. My experiences with Mercari are they do NOT protect the buyers.They don't realize it's the Buyer who incurs all the risks. In another transaction I purchased an item that was stretched out to almost 2 sizes larger than it's labeled size. Mecari refused a return because the size was clearly labeled. No common sense, even when provided with photographic evidence it measured much larger than the stated size. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced on E-commerce. Good luck reaching Mercari by phone too! To date, they have NEVER returned my voice messages or in response to email requests for a call back. I had intentions to sell merchandise on Mecari, but the unprofessional handling of cancelled sales and unshipped items has discouraged me from doing so. It is run like a run down mom and pop operation. I keep hoping for the best, but I have given up. Beware of this company, you are eventually going to get burned.

I'm reluctant to give 1 star

I'm reluctant to give 1 star! I've only been with Mercari a few months and have more unshipped & undelivered items than all of my 25 years on eBay combined. Mercari asks the buyer to cancel the transaction for non-receipt of an item, instead of enforcing their policy and canceling it themselves. Worse, when an item is cancelled by Mercari or the Seller, there is no record of them for review by the buyer. There is NO protection for the buyer. Yes, they issue a refund, however it doesn't make up for the lost expectation, or the lost opportunity to purchase from someone else. Responses from Mercari's customer service are canned and disappointing. If the sellers who all claimed to have shipped the items were honest, I would have received at least one of them after my refund. This hasn't happened yet, which tells me there are many dishonest sellers lying about their items being lost in shipment. I have seen many items listed on both Mercari and eBay by the same seller. When someone purchases the item from both sites, one of the buyers loses. Very dishonest!

If you make a purchase through Mercari, do not depend on the transaction to be fulfilled to completion.

I love Platinum Perfection Hair Serum…

I love Platinum Perfection Hair Serum by Zach Mesquit. Although I don't have platinum hair, it really glistens my highlights. The serum is very light and doesn't leave that gooeyness in your hands. Zach created a wonderful product! This is my second bottle. :-)
