Incorrect invoice amount
I had received an invoice for a price that was much greater than was listed on my order. I was fortunate to speak with Donna who was incredibly helpful. She checked my order and confirmed the price on my order. Then my original payment was refunded and I received an invoice for the correct amount which I have already paid.
Donna is a wonderful representative of your company and I would not hesitate to reach out to her once again.

Not informing the patient of insufficient stock
On 7/2, I ordered my med at singlecare as I usually do and it tthey showed the med ( divalproex - 600 ct) for $43.50.
I clicked on submit as I usually do, assuming it went thru and will ship in a couple of days. I did not hear from you, so I called the evening of 7/12. She told me, there were tech issues and she could get it out and ship it quickly w/ no charge. BUY, today, the next day, I see no charge on my card. I called again. This time, the rep spoke with the pharmacist and he told her that he only had 50 in stock. I was shocked. IF THAT IS THE CASE, AND I AS A PATIENT AM EXPECTING THE MED, THE FIRST THING THE PHARMACIST SHOULD DO IS NOTIFY ME OF THE ISSUE, LEST I FIND MYSELF WITHOUT THEM. This second rep, after speaking with the pharmacist, tells me they found the 600 count I need. I AM HOPING THIS TIME.

The rep was great but it is so frustrating because the website would not let me reorder the rx and then I also want it to ship automatically as soon as it can since it is a maintenace medication and you dont offer that. I think I am going to look and find a different supplier that can ship automatically

Very upset
Previously I’ve used genius RX and I’ve been quite pleased. Today my $10 prescription now cost $45 no reason given at all. I won’t be using genius RX anymore for that kind of price difference

Team on the phone is always friendly and helpful. They are also careful with personal data, which is expected but also appreciated when your identity, etc., is treated with care. Even though the website was buggy today I was able to get what I needed at the usual great price. Well done and thanks to all the Geniusrx staff!

Appreciate the cost savings. Communication could be significantly improved. Unable to determine how to refill online. Waited 20 minutes to speak with representative. She was very nice after connecting and placed refill order easily.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I waited for a cust service rep for over 30 minutes yesterday and had to hang up because i had to go to work. Then today i called again. I need to refill my three prescriptions that were filled by GeniusRX. You cannot re-order online, you must do it over the phone. After entering two of the GeniusRX prescription numbers and being told that 'the numbers do not match their records', i elected to talk with a cust service rep. This is where you wait and wait and wait. Currently 35 mintues and still waiting. Also once the prescription gets filled, it takes almost two weeks to get it even if it is shipped with priority. There are other online pharmacys and I plan on transferring my prescriptions to them. That is after i wait and wait and wait for a customer service rep to answer my call.
