GeniusRX redeemed themselves

I am rewriting my review of GeniusRX. I previously rated them 1 star due to having many negative issues trying to get my heart maintenance prescriptions. GeniusRX replied to my review being very apologetic for all the issues I was having. My prescription arrived within a few days and I was charged the correct price. I’m giving them a 4 star review now that they have corrected the problem. Upon my next script order I expect to receive the usual prompt service as I was used to. I really like how I can pay way less by buying through GeniusRX out of pocket than using my health insurance and paying my copay.

Hi Brian. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with our Pharmacy. Do want to apologize for all the troubles you have experienced since July to current date. We have undergone some procedural changes due to Pharmacy laws that are constantly changing which did result in patient's who historically ordered from us with zero problems, to now having to validate further information around their prescription. We acknowledge this frustration and do apologize. We did also have some technology enhancements regarding transactional interactions. This has since been fixed and all tracking emails are now being sent out, at the time an order is shipped. In regards to pricing, it is unfortunate that our pricing does change from time to time. We are subject to our manufacturer's demands and pricing, if their prices increase then our prices also reflect those adjustments. We do appreciate your feedback and it will be shared with our management team for review. We hope you reconsider your option to choose another online Pharmacy.
