It WAS a good customer focused company

I have been a customer since many years. I recently placed an order and they chose to ship Priority ground advantage(parcel post). Two weeks later it appears to be lost. As an eBay seller I NEVER use this undependablle service. They go cheap and this happens. I will never shop there again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Poor service

Poor service, customer service lies about shipping. I was notified on Monday December 30 of shipment. When I checked on Friday Jan 3rd, tracking showed no shipment. I contacted customer service w they said wait because it takes awhile for tracking to update. It is now Jan 7th and status has not changed. This business is in San Diego and I am in Phoenix. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS,!

I ordered some hors d'oeuvres

I ordered some hors d'oeuvres from these people. They sent an email on Dec 9th saying they shipped. 0n the 11th the tracking showed ‘label printed’. I contacted them and customer service said they were delivering on the 11th. When I told them about tracking I got no answer back. It’s now the 13th and tracking still shows not sent. They are now ghosting me. I have filed a CC dispute with my bank. Horrible service and they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not trust their ship dates

Placed order for 1 ounce gold bar on May 31. Received communication stating shipping would be June 3rd. When I didn’t receive tracking the next day I called and was told they don’t stock the item and must get from a ‘warehouse’. And it wouldn’t ship until the 10th.This is not stated anywhere on the website. I always check a purveyor by placing a single order and see how I am treated. This is a failure in my mind and I will not be doing business with them on a substantial purchase. Their loss. If you check their 1 and 2 star reviews they are mostly from 2024. Seems like they are experiencing a problem with fulfillment. They sell items that they don’t stock but buy from someone else. A ‘fulfillment center’. I see they replied. Fact- website said they had 22 in stock when I ordered. That’s a big discrepancy for an inventory issue. It is an outright deceptive tactic to lure you to buy something they don’t have. I was never offered a refund. I said if I did not receive by the 10th I would dispute the charge. One week later, no shipment. Order cancelled. These people drop ship from another vendor. Avoid like the plague.

I have the home internet service

I have the home internet service. Generally it is above the 100mbps level. For the last 3 days it struggles to be above 5mbps. The support team is helpless and the cust service doesn’t give a damn. I thought COX was bad but this service is UNACCEPTABLE.

I can’t believe they’re still doing business.

These people would be better served if they spent the millions on policyholders instead of their insipid commercials. They sell a dream then look for reasons to deny your claim, replace factory parts with substandard unsafe parts. They go cheap at every opportunity. They must be paying for positive reviews because I don’t know anyone who EVER had anything good toi say about this company. Needless to say I cancelled the policy. RIPOFF artists!

Got Philo 8 months ago lately have buffering probs

Got Philo 8 months ago. Now I have problems with b uffering, especially popular live shows like OPlive. I tried working with them and got the following:1 restart fire stick 2 send pictures of problem and run speed test. 3 remove app and reinstall 3 clear cache and data on Philo app 4 restart router 5 restart modem……etc. my speed at the fire stick is 100mbps+. I have done everything they say. AT THIS POINT I’M SICK OF THEIR ‘SOLUTIONS’. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you love buffering and endless commercials.

My spouse and I went to them from ATT

My spouse and I went to thenm from ATT. Thought we would save money. What happened was just the opposite. Sure talk and text are unlimited gut where they gouge you is data. Typical usage on our IPhones included looking up stuff on the web and taking photos. This means some months our bill was 45–50 bucks a month EACH. Not includeing taxes and ‘fees’. We had had it with this so left for another provider for 55 bucks a month unlimited everything including taxes and fees FOR BOTH. We’ve never been happier.
Update- now these creeps want my phone number, name, etc. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Just ask them if you can get UNLIMITED DATA,PHONE, TEXT for 55 bucks for TWO. I guarantee you cannot. That is the point of the review. I could be ANYBODY, USA and they would be just as bad. Try them and find out. Cellular coverage was ok. It was the varying bills that were not!

They target seniors who generally are on fixed incomes which I believe is shameful.

Have ordered from them before

Have ordered from them before. Placed another order last Thursday 11/10/22. I verified with my doctor they transmitted the new script. Today, 11/16 i checked website and it shows the receipt of my script but the rep said their computers are broken and order ELSEWHERE! Never will use singlecare/geniusrx again.

UPDATE- THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER TELLING ME I WOULD BE PROCESSED IN ORDER OF RECEIPT OF THAT ORDER. LIARS.

sell your info to marketing companies. Where you shop, what you buy, how much you spend,
what subscriptions you have. You name it, they will sell it. Also…tons of FAKE 5 star reviews. Look at the 5 star reviews that say ‘invited’. That identifies FAKE.

I cancelled prior to shipment.

Ordered from them on a Thursday..cancelled on Friday BEFORE shipment. Found out they ship from China. For the next 5 days they jerked me around saying they needed to contact Chinese to verify non shipment. Remember I cancelled PRIOR to shipment. I just filed a credit card dispute with my bank. NOT RECOMMENDED!!👎
