Very stressed out customer
I would have liked to give a good review, but my order never went thru I waited a couple week for my order and found out it never went thru. That was on July 12th, then I decided to try again but every time I called to see what happened the lines were busy and had to get a call back, they called me back once and it was 5:30 my time and I missed the call, so after 2 weeks trying to get thru, I tried the website again and it said i needed to call because something went wrong. After looking at it I fixed it and ordered my meds again and it went thru, so happy then after a week no notifications or anything saying that the order was canceled, so I called on the 27th and found out my refill was expired, I had until 7/30/22 to do the refill.
Which would have worked if my first order on 7/12/22 went thru but who know what the hell happened to that order, so it's been a month and a half since I've been on my anxiety medications and it's not a pretty sight. Very upset with Genius RX
