Sent in a rx. After 3 weeks and still no meds. Checked on line and said I canceled. I did not. Tried for 4 days to contact. No return emails or answer to chats!

Company is a scam. Uses names close to other company's with good reviews. Ordered dog bed in November and still haven't received. Will not return emails or answer customer service questions. Have to contact bank.
