Horrible Experience
This past Saturday morning I reserved a Luxury Lyft for 6:15 pm that evening to attend a black tie event (cost, $65.10). I received confirmation with a pick up time between 6:15 and 6:20. At 6:20 I found out that my original driver had dumped me and the new one would be arriving "in 30 minutes". We had to be there at 7:00 to greet our guests and his arrival time, at best, would have us at our destination 30 minutes late. Over the next 10 minutes I kept trying to contact the driver but kept getting the message that he had a passenger and could not respond. 15 minutes past arrival time the map still showed him in downtown Nashville. I had no choice but cancel the ride and beg a neighbor to drive us to the event. Needless to say our return trip home was with UBER. So, never again Lyft. NEVER.
