I ordered 8 perfumes and only received 7 in the box, although the receipt showed all 8 perfumes were shipped. I immediately emailed them, and their response was, “ every item is scanned 3 times, so if the receipt says it there then it should be there.” No refund or replacement was sent. I had no way to prove that I paid for something and did not receive it. I will Not buy from them again. So, make sure to record a video when you are opening your boxes.

First time everything came leaking in the package but second time everything was packed very well. I have tried the products a couple of times, don’t see a lot of plumping effect but they don’t dry my lips, which I like. Also, the lip liner color is absolutely beautiful!

Update!!! 3 d ago I had posted that I had been struggling to get my medicine, and had posted a review. Today, out of nowhere my medicine arrived in the mailbox. I’m relieved that this company is real, but I’m only giving them 4 Stars, as they definitely need to get better at responding to emails or phone calls.

I placed an order and the tracking number showed the med did get delivered to my State but d/t incomplete address, med was delivered back to them. After that I called them about 3 weeks ago, spoke to this nice lady on the phone who said she updated my address, she did repeat it twice to make sure she had it correct. She said she would deliver my med back to my State. So, after a week, I got a call from their pharmacist, which I missed, saying the medication was coming back to them again because of “incomplete address.” I have been trying to get hold of them for last 2 wks now, and can’t speak to any pharmacist or staff, have left my call back number. It’s like they disappeared in thin air!!! I’m so frustrated and mad!!!
