Very Poor Experience
Be prepared to wait up to 14 business days for the business to issue a refund (as mentioned in prior responses from the business). I should have read all of the negative reviews prior to placing an order. You will notice the negative reviews far outnumber the positive reviews (I am personally highly suspect of all the positive reviews). The item was promptly returned during the return period. I have confirmation that the return was received by the business on January 3rd. IT took 18 days for my refund after Paypal decided my billing dispute in my favor. The numerous customer complaints should give any prospective customer good knowledge as to how this business operates.
Also, through this complaint method, there is not an option to offer a screenshot image from Paypal confirming that the billing dispute was resolved in my favor.
***Edit*** Online records search shows numerous customer complaints with trading standards. You will also notice numerous complaints in regards to inventory issues and availability.

Ordered a watch earlier in the year…
Ordered a watch earlier in the year that was discounted, turned out this was out of stock and had to be ordered in from Switzerland… I had to keep getting in touch for updates and after months of waiting, and being offered a discount on other (less desirable and more expensive pieces, not helped by not having anything that I would want in stock on their website) they finally admitted they couldn’t get this for me and offered me a refund - which I thankfully received. I would avoid giving this business your money as I expect that unfortunately they will soon be out of business, especially if they cannot get their hands on a very popular model of watch over a 5 month period. Avoid.

Really Helpful
I recently ordered a watch from CW Sellors which unfortunately got lost in the DPD system. Although this was outside of their control, CW Sellors kept me regularly updated throughout the investigation and were quick to offer me options once DPD officially declared the item lost.
Josh in particular looked after me from start to finish — he was professional, responsive, and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. Once I chose a replacement, the watch was delivered to me within 24 hours.
A frustrating situation was turned into a very positive experience thanks to their excellent customer care. Josh is a real asset to the business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CW Sellors to anyone looking for outstanding service and quality timepieces.

Scammers
Scammers - avoid at all costs. 11 months on from purchasing several watches, 1 of which was never delivered. After finally recognising they had sold me a discontinued watch, I was promised a refund of my costs (no recognition of the interest i have incurred or the inconvenience of constantly chasing for an update). 5 weeks later and no sign of the money. No response to the 6 follow up emails I have sent. Does this sound like an honest orgnaisation? I will now need to initiate chargeback or small claims court proceedings to recover…

Disappointing Experience Avoid
Very disappointed with this retailer and would never purchase from them again.
If purchasing direct from the shop where you see the item might be best but as many of the other negative reviews have stated, the problem being is when you want to return an item to them.
I rarely ever got a reply to my emails when asking for more photos of items I was interested in and as an online customer, too far from the area, I only had their stock photos to go by.
I returned an item I purchased from them, via next day special delivery, as they requested.
I was then contacted to say that my refund had been put into an account credit with them in case I wanted to purchase any other item from them, and they would await my instructions. No way would i purchase anything from them again and just wanted my money back for the item i returned. I emailed back to ask for a refund as I now had concerns with this retailer. No reply ever received, so I had to telephone them to ask for a refund.
I was told this would be up to a further 14 days, which it was, exactly that. This delay from their end meant I was unable to purchase from elsewhere until I received this refund. If buying online from them, I would avoid.
Update - in response to the retailers reply. There was no delay on my part as a customer and I followed the process when returning next day delivery as requested. The same should be for the retailer and not to assume a customer would want an exchange and not a refund, to hold onto the customers money for longer. I asked on 9th September for a full refund by email and asked how long this would take. 2 days after, still no response from you. So, I had to call up to ask for my refund, further delay which was unnecessary.

Truly appalling service
Ordered a watch back in June on the basis that they could supply it. Month after month of delay and excuses. Zero communications from them without me persevering on emails which go unanswered. Finally 3 months later I've cancelled the order. These people don't deserve to be in business. Ordered the same watch from another online company which arrived with 48 hours! RESPONSE TO CW SELLOR'S COMMENTS. Your absolutely DIDN'T response to my comments within a few days!! - it typically took more than 5 emails each time over days and days for a response and hours of trying to get through to you on calls to find out what is going on. Your dishonest comments are yet another reason why people should avoid purchasing from you!

Really disappointing to see so many negative reviews for CW Sellors.
As a long term customer of CW Sellors and Jura Watches, my customer experience has never been anything less than excellent for many watch and jewellery purchases.
I recently placed an order for a watch for a gift. I knew the model I ordered was out of stock stating ‘call us for a delivery lead time’. I placed the watch in my online account basket, soon after, Ellis contacted me via their WhatsApp account offering me a discount which I gratefully accepted. I placed the order using Klarna which was very easy to do.
I subsequently called CW Sellors for an update who confirmed my watch had been ordered, but as it was coming from Japan, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This was beyond my timescale as the watch was to be a gift. My fault entirely as I failed to check the delivery lead time prior to ordering. I explained my situation to Hope in their customer services team who was very understanding and was happy to cancel my order accordingly. I received an order cancellation via email and from Klarna immediately.
As always, exemplary customer service received from CW Sellors, even though I was unable to fulfil my order commitment with them. I will not hesitate purchasing from CW Sellors again soon.

Really poor service
Really poor service. Like others, ordered an item that was then advised was out of stock.
Requested a refund a number of times, email reply was very polite, but dishonest, no refund received and still waiting.
Wouldn’t order again and hope others research reviews better than I did.
Really disappointing
So disappointed to read the response below. Totally unprofessional to try to discuss via this platform when I have 6 emails stating my refund has been actioned. Incidentally , I have contacted the bank who have stated their statement is incorrect.
I hope others read reviews before making any purchase or take their cases further as I will be!

Disgusting Customer Service
After enquiring online, I was advised that CW Sellors would be able to help me with my search for a piece of Ashes Jewellery.
A few days later - mid June - I visited my nearest branch in Ashbourne. After a long discussion, I picked three options to consider. They advised me that the designer, Paul, was on holiday for 2 weeks, but would be in touch to make an appointment on his return. Fair enough - but no communication was received. So after a month I popped back into the store to explain. No apologies, and was told they would get Paul to call or email me - at this point I had picked the piece I wanted. Time ticked on, now mid August, and again fed up of waiting, I went back to the store. This time I spoke to the manager. She did apologise, and even found the feedback on the system from my first visit back in June - which nobody had relayed to me. She promised she would chase Paul on the following Tuesday and ring me on the Wednesday. Even wrote both things in her diary. I was feeling very disappointed with the service at this point, but agreed. To this day, almost 3 months later, I have had no communication regarding this possible purchase.
For any purchase, this is disgusting customer service! But on my last 2 visits I expressed concern, because we were waiting to scatter the ashes of my Mum.
