Disgusting Customer Service
After enquiring online, I was advised that CW Sellors would be able to help me with my search for a piece of Ashes Jewellery.
A few days later - mid June - I visited my nearest branch in Ashbourne. After a long discussion, I picked three options to consider. They advised me that the designer, Paul, was on holiday for 2 weeks, but would be in touch to make an appointment on his return. Fair enough - but no communication was received. So after a month I popped back into the store to explain. No apologies, and was told they would get Paul to call or email me - at this point I had picked the piece I wanted. Time ticked on, now mid August, and again fed up of waiting, I went back to the store. This time I spoke to the manager. She did apologise, and even found the feedback on the system from my first visit back in June - which nobody had relayed to me. She promised she would chase Paul on the following Tuesday and ring me on the Wednesday. Even wrote both things in her diary. I was feeling very disappointed with the service at this point, but agreed. To this day, almost 3 months later, I have had no communication regarding this possible purchase.
For any purchase, this is disgusting customer service! But on my last 2 visits I expressed concern, because we were waiting to scatter the ashes of my Mum.
