Very Poor Experience

Be prepared to wait up to 14 business days for the business to issue a refund (as mentioned in prior responses from the business). I should have read all of the negative reviews prior to placing an order. You will notice the negative reviews far outnumber the positive reviews (I am personally highly suspect of all the positive reviews). The item was promptly returned during the return period. I have confirmation that the return was received by the business on January 3rd. IT took 18 days for my refund after Paypal decided my billing dispute in my favor. The numerous customer complaints should give any prospective customer good knowledge as to how this business operates.

Also, through this complaint method, there is not an option to offer a screenshot image from Paypal confirming that the billing dispute was resolved in my favor.

***Edit*** Online records search shows numerous customer complaints with trading standards. You will also notice numerous complaints in regards to inventory issues and availability.

I would think twice before making a…

I would think twice before making a purchase from this merchant under ownership by Debra Feiner and Marvin Sternberg operating under many different LLC names. My situation involved a purchase listed as in stock on the website. Place order and merchant claimed to have shipped it the same day with a given tracking number. However, six days later, the package only states label created with no further movement. Each contact with the company results in a message that it must have been lost by the courier. Upon, requesting cancellation on the sixth day, merchant claims they will contact the courier for clarification. Meanwhile, merchant offers a paltry $10 refund for the issue encountered. Therefore, buyer beware and make sure you know how to initiate a credit card billing dispute if you do decide to purchase from this company or affiliated LLC.

Upon confirming with Fedex, Jomashop has processed full refund back into your account. However, we have noticed that your review remains negative.
