I would very much recommend the Outside Clinic as professional, timely and as for cost - very competitive . It’s a shame they no longer do NHS hearing tests.

So far straightforward setting up. Not been used yet but tested efficiently. Staff seem helpful when calling to make adjustments to information. I did notice on the test that operators seem different - almost from another organisation; but It worked ok. I migrated from another supplier where the staff were really helpful but their equipment very dodgy. So l would certainly recommend Telecare24 based upon my early experience.

There is an appearance of underhand selling - possibly fraudulent. They also take your money in advance without any obvious signs of delivery. This coupled with charging Premium Telephone calls to make an order - you would have thought in this day and age this behaviour of exploiting the elderly would be eradicated from the UK marketplace

Specifically relating to Home Visits. If you are thinking about it - be cautious. I arranged something for an elderly relative some weeks ago for which glasses were ordered. They haven't arrived and when trying to chase-up the staff were unhelpful possibly hopeless. I have actually chased this company several times about the same issues and they just don't respond - and its a nightmare trying to make contact. I would never recommend Specsavers Home Visits to anyone - ever.

Other than the process of my normal stuff a change control added a degree of complexity which was handle quickly and efficiently. I also had to phone the call centre which (once you get the through) was also very professionally handled. A recommended service.

Whatever happened to this company? I went to the Windsor location tonight. The main courses were average (3/10) but the puds were dire. One of them was clearly stale and the other was mostly inedible. Having approached the staff they wanted to challenge why I spoke to them about it; even asking what I meant by stale! To make it even worse their coffee was so hot it burnt my wife's hand and when mentioned the member of staff said customers prefer it that way (clearly no coffee training then). They were not interested in a customer with burns. Fortunately, I don't have to use this company again -ever. My advice avoid.

This is a fun site - easy to use with exciting opportunities. Obviously you are gambling, so clearly it's best to be cautious. The experience and web details are good and its all very transparent as a customer.

It’s always surprising when a service provider does what it say on the label. Problem to fix in half a day is really good.

The product didn’t look anything like the photo. I don’t think the courier created the problem. The product tasted ok, but more emphasis on quality control would help make a very good product
