Ordered a watch earlier in the year that was discounted, turned out this was out of stock and had to be ordered in from Switzerland… I had to keep getting in touch for updates and after months of waiting, and being offered a discount on other (less desirable and more expensive pieces, not helped by not having anything that I would want in stock on their website) they finally admitted they couldn’t get this for me and offered me a refund - which I thankfully received. I would avoid giving this business your money as I expect that unfortunately they will soon be out of business, especially if they cannot get their hands on a very popular model of watch over a 5 month period. Avoid.

Avoid - would put me off buying a Persimmon home. Internet speeds, coverage and routers are poor quality at eye watering prices - the service is always down on my estate - no good if you want to work from home. Never reimbursed for this either! Useless customer service. But the main issue is the monopoly! - can not even change provider. Avoid.

Quickly helped and sorted my issue and were very understanding and polite on the phone. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery and checkout, glad they had what I wanted in stock as was sold out everywhere else - England retro top. Not surprised really as I think it may be actually coming home this time!
