Disappointing Experience Avoid
Very disappointed with this retailer and would never purchase from them again.
If purchasing direct from the shop where you see the item might be best but as many of the other negative reviews have stated, the problem being is when you want to return an item to them.
I rarely ever got a reply to my emails when asking for more photos of items I was interested in and as an online customer, too far from the area, I only had their stock photos to go by.
I returned an item I purchased from them, via next day special delivery, as they requested.
I was then contacted to say that my refund had been put into an account credit with them in case I wanted to purchase any other item from them, and they would await my instructions. No way would i purchase anything from them again and just wanted my money back for the item i returned. I emailed back to ask for a refund as I now had concerns with this retailer. No reply ever received, so I had to telephone them to ask for a refund.
I was told this would be up to a further 14 days, which it was, exactly that. This delay from their end meant I was unable to purchase from elsewhere until I received this refund. If buying online from them, I would avoid.
Update - in response to the retailers reply. There was no delay on my part as a customer and I followed the process when returning next day delivery as requested. The same should be for the retailer and not to assume a customer would want an exchange and not a refund, to hold onto the customers money for longer. I asked on 9th September for a full refund by email and asked how long this would take. 2 days after, still no response from you. So, I had to call up to ask for my refund, further delay which was unnecessary.
