Quick delivery, but I get no notification about delivery

I ordered an amplifier which should have come in a few weeks. Suddenly, the waiting time has shortened and next few days I have received a USED one. I have been offered a £50 discount but optioned to get a replacement. Thinking that anybody can make one mistake.
So after the hassle of sending it back and waiting for 3 weeks to get a new unit I have received again USED unit. I could not believe what is happening there. Quite disappointed with the whole Thomman experience and rather go next time to some other distributor.

Straight forward order. No issues encountered. All delivered without any damage. I would probably only improve on the packaging of the guitar as the second case was secured only by few strips of tape which on long journey/transport from Germany could get easily loose. But thank you Gear4music ;)
