I was looking for a mont Blanc duffel bag sold out in several shops and commerces and they had it in. stock. It was an absolute delight to purchase from CW sellors and how they walked me through this international purchase!!

Based on numerous reviews, it seems like a long established pattern of the business being chased for a refund. In my case, I have proof of the business receiving my return in the early morning of January 4th. Paypal closed my billing dispute in my favor on January 21st. This is 17 days later, yes, I initiated a billing dispute as soon as I mailed the return back through FEDEX. Especially, based on the atrocious reviews concerning the business.
The most current reviews are showing an established pattern of customers not receiving the appropriate watch documentation/accessories that were supposed to be included.
Not a positive buying experience
On Saturday 3 March I called C W Sellors to order a Vulcain limited edition watch. This was the only part of the process that worked well. I was offered a discount and paid for the watch immediately via credit card.
Since then I have had to chase this company multiple times (email and telephone) for updates. I was eventually told the piece I ordered would need to be manufactured and they could not provide an ETA. The sales manager I communicated with asked me to give him a couple of days to contact the manufacturer to obtain an ETA. He was to call me within a few days with an update. Since then I have had to chase this shop for further updates.
15/04/2025 I asked for a refund. However, in an effort to make amends the sales manager suggested I look on their website for an alternative watch which they would generously discount.
16/04/2025 I called the sales manager and provided the details of another watch (Tudor) I was interested in. Apparently this is another watch they advertise but don't have in stock. I reiterated my desire for a refund. However, I was told my refund would take 10 working days. I'm positive had I told this jeweller they could wait 10-days for my payment they wouldn't have processed my order. Unfortunately this conversation didn't end well. I find it ironic that when sales people mess customers around and the customer reacts negatively, all of a sudden the sales people get all indignant and blame the customer. If sales people don't want customers to get angry, they should be honest with them from the start.
Unfortunately, I don'y have anything positive to say about my buying experience with C W Sellors. And having to wait 10 working days for my refund really sticks in my throat. Let's see if my refund is processed within 10 working days.

I purchased a Bell & Ross watch as a gift, it arrived quickly but the box was missing the inner foam tray, outer box and sleeve. When you are spending thousands on a brand new watch this isn't acceptable.
I received the foam tray after chasing but not the other items, the watch was returned as an unworn unwanted gift for a refund that CW Sellors Asbourne received on the 18th March 2025, I included a cover letter expressing my wishes for a full refund only to receive an email saying my monies had been put into an account credit. Again this was chased up immediately with a phone call and email requesting the refund. I received a reply saying it would be processed in 7 to 10 working days. On the the 11th working day, no refund in my account. I chased CS who spoke to accounts and this hadnt been processed. The refund hit my account after 15 working days ( 3 calender weeks). Not acceptable considering the Consumer Rights Act 2015 dictates they have to return the money with 14 days, not 14 calender days. Do yourself a favour and purchase expensive items elsewhere for your own peace of mind and less stress, i should of read previous reviews before purchasing. As an example f how a established company should act, I purchased an expensive jewellery item online from Fraser Heart 6 month's ago, it arrived with minor transit damage to the box, it was returned and on receipt they refunded me within 24 hours. Never again. Awful company.

Don’t believe the delivery times!
I ordered a Garmin Lily Classic Tan Watch on 14th March. The website stated 7-10 days for delivery however it’s now nearly 4 weeks and I’m still waiting for notification of despatch. I have emailed and received standard responses so today I have called. I was very pleasant but chap on the phone was very short and rude to me. I will not deal with this company again except for asking for a refund if my watch isn’t despatched by the end of the week.
Bought Shaun Leane earrings for a 60th…
Bought Shaun Leane earrings for a 60th birthday gift late Sept 2024 and was given a delivery date in October before the birthday. Earrings paid for in full. After emails that I recorded no replies on I phoned a few times chasing for delivery. November some one told me that Shaun Leane company had closed in August and they were waiting to find a company to buy him out. A company had been found and that the earrings were being made. Eventually got earrings Dec. Communications very poor and knowing the company had gone under the month before I bought them surely they should not have been on the website. No apologies !!!
Huge delays on refunds
I recently purchased a mid-priced Swiss watch and returned it, as I did not like it on appearance. Today marks two weeks since the day they acknowledged the return. I already informed them that I wanted a refund and, indeed, included a note to this effect when I returned the item. They do not reply to emails and when you call customer service you receive very rude and unhelpful treatment. I have purchased items before from this seller, but customer service has now deteriorated to an unacceptable degree. They are in breach of distance selling regulations by not refunding me promptly and I am considering next steps, which will be of a legal nature.
Great customer experience
Great buying experience , and watch arrived the next day . This was my forth purchase from CW Sellors and i can honestly say the service and delivery was great and in particular an enjoyable and excellent customer experience provided by Harriet - its so nice to deal with a family run company !

Over 3 months for a watch that never arrived.
The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible.
Ordered a watch on 28/12/2024.
Waited over two months and the watch never arrived. No contact from customer services to explain what was taking so long.
Refund then took over two weeks to be paid back to me.
AVOID!
Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience, I sent an online enquiry on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting to get a response until the following day but Ellis contacted me and furnished me with all the information I needed. I was looking a a piece of jewellery that was at another of their shops and Ellis arranged for it ti be transferred to a more local shop for me to see. I ended up buying the piece after meeting the guys in the shop. Great service from start to finish and to top it all the had so many lovely items of Blue John and Whitby jet which are my wife’s favourites. I will be back and thank you and in particular to Ellis.

IGNORES CONSUMER’S LEGAL RIGHTS
The many negatives reviews on here are certainly not wrong as I had exactly the same experience as a number of other reviewers. Ordered a watch over 5 months ago. They spent the next 3 months messing me around, and coming up with every excuse for the delays. The simple fact is they don’t hold a lot of stock but give the impression they do. They then lie about timescales and never provide updates unless you chase them continually.
When my watch was finally dispatched after 3 months, it was lost by the courier. C W Sellors again messed me around, told me they’d refunded when they hadn’t and came up with various unacceptable reasons for the delays. Nearly 2 months after the courier confirmed it was lost, C W Sellors still haven’t refunded me which says exactly what type of company this is. The way they treat customers is atrocious and completely ignores consumer’s legal rights. I’m in the process of taking this further.
** UPDATE - C W Sellors never did refund me despite them saying they did. I had to rely on my credit card company to force them to repay through a chargeback. C W Sellors have no right to force customers to open a dispute with their credit card company to get their money back when they are legally entitled to it under consumer law. This has now been raised with Trading Standards. **

A really disappointing experience - be careful
A really disappointing experience, 5 weeks down the line from ordering a watch (not an insignificant purchase) and still no sign of it. I have called repeatedly to be advised that they are awaiting a shipment form Garmin. I was assured it would be on a delivery coming in on 17/2, having heard nothing I called again only to be advised that its now expected next week! There is no proactive management of orders, the website still states delivery within 7-10 days, which it has since I ordered the watch and is completely false and misleading. They need to be upfront with people about lead-times and adopt an acceptable level of customer service, whereby customer are kept informed. The advisor I just spoke to advised that the website states 'contact us for delivery timescales', I had to correct her an advise it doesn't! Please be warned and make sure you ask before ordering, when you can expect delivery!

Bought the necklace for a birthday gift, to be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, but received the package after more then a month, stating that the package consists of two items- the original item plus a silver necklace as the free gift, but only sent one item. When contacted CS they said this was a free gift anyway and it was not in stock. They started getting rude, when pointed that they fraudulently invoiced me for two products while sent only one. They promised to send me the missing item as soon as it available, but after 3 months gone and despite the numerous emails, still haven't got this item.
Not leaving much options for me now, apart from reporting this company to the police and the Trading Standards for fraud.
A delightful experience
So glad I decided to order from CW Sellors. Great customer service. Quick and efficient response to any problems that occur. Found the whole experience of dealing with the staff at CW Sellors a pleasure.
Will definitely be using them again and will recommend to friends and family

Awful Service
If I could give a zero star then that would be it.ordered and paid for a watch in October 2024.it came to January 2025 and still no watch just a lot of flannel when I asked about delivery. Expected soon or next 2 to 3 weeks.turns out the watch was removed for their website,discontinued. They had money up front and to get it refunded ivd had to open a dispute with my card provider.furst and last time I deal with this company. Buyer beware,they may let you down as well
Sellors were excellent
Sellors went far, far out of their way to get my wife’s present ready and delivered before Valentines Day.
When I first looked the delivery was 4-6 weeks
But the young lady at Sellors went beyond good service, it was excellent and in just over a week.
