Really poor service

Really poor service. Like others, ordered an item that was then advised was out of stock.
Requested a refund a number of times, email reply was very polite, but dishonest, no refund received and still waiting.
Wouldn’t order again and hope others research reviews better than I did.
Really disappointing
So disappointed to read the response below. Totally unprofessional to try to discuss via this platform when I have 6 emails stating my refund has been actioned. Incidentally , I have contacted the bank who have stated their statement is incorrect.
I hope others read reviews before making any purchase or take their cases further as I will be!

Hello Zoe, we apologise for any inconvenience this stocking error caused you. Refunds are processed in under 14 days. However you opened a dispute with the bank the same day a cancelation was confirmed which has removed our ability to refund you. We have accepted the dispute but if the funds are not showing with you, please contact your bank
