Fraud company playing with the people…
Fraud company playing with the people they didn't do their work honestly... Don't keep a single rs. In their wallet... This company fools the people.... My parcle first they say rearrange the courier facility so I did... Now their courier facility shows your parcel is misrouted.... Fraud people fraud company.... Giving my review after each and every try from my side on this matter....

You would be left with mental agony once you try shiprocket customer care
Stopped using it after few shipments in 2020 due to hectic and irresponsible customer care services. Tried using it again in 2025 after 5 years and their customer care services haven’t even improved any better. Will keep you on hold after creating multiple tickets without even trying to understand or the need to resolve the issues. I have never felt so bad for a private company providing such bad customer care services. It is always your words against theirs as it is impossible for you to prove anything from your end no acknowledgment or nothing. I had to personally follow the courier partner to have my shipment delivered to the customer more than 15 days later. Same thing happened again for the second shipment as well. The kind of mental agony shiprocket put you through you would want to run away in opposite direction when you hear their name next time. It is their ignorant and senseless customer care Service that makes it much worse than their delayed deliveries

The most unreliable delivery company
The most unreliable company which doesn't care about customer service. From Delhi to Bangalore it took 8 days with several follow-ups, they do not care taking phone calls as well as mail response. Wrote escalation mail to Abhinav Singh (Escalation Manager) and Amit Dhawan ( Grievance Officer/ Nodal Officer) with follow-ups but ended up no response. The delivery guy is another crap, who doesn't care talking to you like their bosses. NEVER SEND ANYTHING IN SHIPROCKET.

In Transit: Your ENNTERPRISES order 7186138108 has reached your city, expected by 11th Sep Shiprocket.
Not sure, this company is a right logistics company and looks like a scam. Worst Customer care, nobody responds, no status update and finally until now no confident that I'll get my parcel or not? Wrote to escalating email ID also no use. Using this company service is risking yourself. Nearly lost 8000rs due to not delivered item. Cheaters.

False Weight Discrepancies & Zero Support – Lost Trust in Shiprocket
I run a small business and used Shiprocket for logistics. Recently, they raised false weight discrepancies only under Shadowfax and DTDC, even though my products are barcode-verified under the same weight categories for years on Amazon.
Amazon Logistics and other partners have never flagged issues — yet Shiprocket charged me unfairly and refused to refund. Their excuse was that I didn’t dispute within 7 days, but this doesn’t justify fraudulent charges.
Despite multiple emails and even a final deadline, Shiprocket has ignored my complaints. This has caused unnecessary financial loss and wasted time.
I will now be filing official complaints with RBI and Consumer Protection and moving my logistics to more reliable partners.
Shiprocket’s lack of accountability and support is deeply disappointing — I do not recommend them to any serious business.

The worst customer support ever we had. For past 10 days we are trying to reach technical support but always only the support team comes in line and even they are not transferring the call to technical support.

I would rate 0 if I could. I had 2 packages from 2 different vendors. Unfortunately both used Shiprocket. They wrote the wrong country code and insisted I give OTP. Send one they never reached out to me and said customer can not be reached

Blunder
We used Shiprocket for our shipment (AWB: 77980441475) which was picked on 23rd August, and till date (9th September) it has not been delivered.
The only response from their customer support is the same copy-paste line:
"We have highlighted your concern to our team, please allow 1-2 working days and it’ll get delivered."
But these “1-2 working days” never end. No real update, no resolution. The shipment’s tracking hasn’t been updated since 26th August, and even though it shows as reached the destination hub, there has been no delivery attempt at all.
Every time you contact support, a new agent repeats the same templated message like a bot 🤖 — but nobody actually takes accountability.
⚠️ If you are reading this, trust me, Shiprocket is not a good option for your business. Unless you want to risk your business image falling because of poor logistics and zero responsibility, avoid them.

This is one of the worst Logistics aggregator companies. There is nothing in their hand. If your shipment stuck at courier for delivery and once you escalate it to shiprocket. They will simply keep saying it will be delivered but nothing will happen. customer are getting suffered between and aggregator and logistics company. Its better to ship anything directly because atleast you can contact logitics team directly

It was really a disappointed
Really a very worst customer service from the staffs I just order Ghar Soap and prepaid the amount and order status is picked but the staff from Shiprocket called and they said your order is on hold and you need to pay the payment again because we cannot cancle the order neither we can proceed the order placement and the staff is not polit when the customers asks about the quirey and my question is once we paid the amount why do we need to repay the amount...

Worst! Never use their service. I think their software have a big glitch. I created the shipment for shadowfax and without any reminder/alert they cancel my shipment, when i tried to ship again the shadowfax company is not available (Atleast give some update).
you will always face pickup delay no one is responding . Today is the 2 day still no one came to pickup. when i call to pickup executive they says "Yeh area mere under mai nai aata hai" and al last no one is assigned to pick your parcel. AWB 363144479072

Worst experience
Instead of delivering to the right place, the delivery person has went to a different location 1km away and asked me to come there in 10 mins. Asked him to return the package to the sender, but he denied saying that it is not possible for him. I went and collected the package in 12 mins and surprisingly he asked me to pay as he waited there for collection. I denied to pay finally. Overall it was an unprofessional and worst experience. I hereby request the senders to avoid shipping through Shiprocket.

Market Leader in Shipping, But Worst in Customer Support
Shiprocket has been in the market for a very long time and is a leader when it comes to the number of shipments they handle. They have a strong presence and are a popular choice for many businesses.
However, the big problem starts when you need help. Their customer support is extremely poor. For any small issue, you have to follow up for weeks, and sometimes it can even take months to get a solution. This is very frustrating for any business owner.
Trying to contact their support team is a terrible experience. They don't have a proper live chat support system. The phone support is useless and doesn't solve any problems. When you contact them through email or tickets, the replies are very slow and irritating, and often don't help at all.
It feels like Shiprocket doesn't manage its own support team. It seems they have given the work to some cheap, third-party company that doesn't care about the customers.
To put it simply, if there is a rating worse than "worst," that would be the right one for Shiprocket's customer support. While they are a big player in the shipping industry, their terrible support makes it a very difficult service to recommend.

Worst Experience with Shiprocket – Highly Irresponsible & Unprofessional Service
I booked two consignments (AWB - 14112355630069, 14112353015119) with Shiprocket on 26th August. Since then, it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Courier Not Picked Up:
Despite scheduling the shipment, the couriers were never picked up. I raised a ticket on 27th August and also called them on 27th, 28th & 29th. Each time, I had to wait endlessly to connect with their so-called customer support. To make it worse, most of the time the calls automatically got disconnected after long holding – a clear sign of how many unresolved complaints they are flooded with.
Pathetic Customer Support:
Their response is unbelievably poor. The call centre staff is unhelpful, irresponsible, and seems trained only to waste the customer’s time. No proper updates, no accountability, no solutions.
Damaged & Undelivered Shipment:
One of my consignments was marked as “damaged” and never delivered. Even worse, it has not been returned to me till date. Absolutely unacceptable!
Money Blocked in Wallet:
They cleverly make customers pay in advance and keep the money stuck in their wallet. But when it comes to providing service, this is what they deliver – zero responsibility, zero service, and complete harassment for the customer.
My Strong Warning:
Do not waste your hard-earned money and valuable time with Shiprocket. Their service is pathetic, their customer support is a joke, and their business practices are highly questionable.
There are far more reliable courier aggregators in the market. Associating with Shiprocket is a recipe for frustration, financial loss, and disappointment.

Shiprocket is not a reliable delibery
my parcel is shipped through shiprocket amd i didnt get it and its already been 3 days since i got the message that its out for delivery.I got a message that my parcel was delivered on 26th august but i never get a call. From my experience i think and observer that shiprocket is not a good delivery app and nit reliable at all and i'm very disappointed.This is my 2nd time experienceing this issue!!
