Blunder

We used Shiprocket for our shipment (AWB: 77980441475) which was picked on 23rd August, and till date (9th September) it has not been delivered.
The only response from their customer support is the same copy-paste line:
"We have highlighted your concern to our team, please allow 1-2 working days and it’ll get delivered."
But these “1-2 working days” never end. No real update, no resolution. The shipment’s tracking hasn’t been updated since 26th August, and even though it shows as reached the destination hub, there has been no delivery attempt at all.
Every time you contact support, a new agent repeats the same templated message like a bot 🤖 — but nobody actually takes accountability.
⚠️ If you are reading this, trust me, Shiprocket is not a good option for your business. Unless you want to risk your business image falling because of poor logistics and zero responsibility, avoid them.
