False Weight Discrepancies & Zero Support – Lost Trust in Shiprocket
I run a small business and used Shiprocket for logistics. Recently, they raised false weight discrepancies only under Shadowfax and DTDC, even though my products are barcode-verified under the same weight categories for years on Amazon.
Amazon Logistics and other partners have never flagged issues — yet Shiprocket charged me unfairly and refused to refund. Their excuse was that I didn’t dispute within 7 days, but this doesn’t justify fraudulent charges.
Despite multiple emails and even a final deadline, Shiprocket has ignored my complaints. This has caused unnecessary financial loss and wasted time.
I will now be filing official complaints with RBI and Consumer Protection and moving my logistics to more reliable partners.
Shiprocket’s lack of accountability and support is deeply disappointing — I do not recommend them to any serious business.
