Worst! Never use their service. I think their software have a big glitch. I created the shipment for shadowfax and without any reminder/alert they cancel my shipment, when i tried to ship again the shadowfax company is not available (Atleast give some update).
you will always face pickup delay no one is responding . Today is the 2 day still no one came to pickup. when i call to pickup executive they says "Yeh area mere under mai nai aata hai" and al last no one is assigned to pick your parcel. AWB 363144479072

Hi, I am sorry to inform that the pickup for the shipments could not be arranged timely by the courier partner due to operational limitations. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, in case the shipment is being re-shipped to the buyer through alternate courier partners, kindly share the AWB over email at escalation@shiprocket.com so that we can get the pickup/delivery expedited for you.
