Worst Experience with Shiprocket – Highly Irresponsible & Unprofessional Service
I booked two consignments (AWB - 14112355630069, 14112353015119) with Shiprocket on 26th August. Since then, it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Courier Not Picked Up:
Despite scheduling the shipment, the couriers were never picked up. I raised a ticket on 27th August and also called them on 27th, 28th & 29th. Each time, I had to wait endlessly to connect with their so-called customer support. To make it worse, most of the time the calls automatically got disconnected after long holding – a clear sign of how many unresolved complaints they are flooded with.
Pathetic Customer Support:
Their response is unbelievably poor. The call centre staff is unhelpful, irresponsible, and seems trained only to waste the customer’s time. No proper updates, no accountability, no solutions.
Damaged & Undelivered Shipment:
One of my consignments was marked as “damaged” and never delivered. Even worse, it has not been returned to me till date. Absolutely unacceptable!
Money Blocked in Wallet:
They cleverly make customers pay in advance and keep the money stuck in their wallet. But when it comes to providing service, this is what they deliver – zero responsibility, zero service, and complete harassment for the customer.
My Strong Warning:
Do not waste your hard-earned money and valuable time with Shiprocket. Their service is pathetic, their customer support is a joke, and their business practices are highly questionable.
There are far more reliable courier aggregators in the market. Associating with Shiprocket is a recipe for frustration, financial loss, and disappointment.
