Outstanding service form Caitlan at Prestons Rolex Leeds. I bought my first piece in January 2025 and asked if there was a possibility of one for my wifes birthday in October. I knew it was a long shot but Caitlan kept intouch and managed to secure the exact model i requested. It was a total suprise to my wife who thought we were going into the store to size my own watch whilst in Leeds for a birthday meal. I honestly cannot praise Prestons and especially Caitlan enough for everything they did to make it such a special day, even providing a small gift for my wifes birthday which was a lovely touch.

My experience purchasing my second Rolex here was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Especially Jacob who took care of me he was patient, attentive, and full of knowledge. The most important thing was on the day my son who is on the autism spectrum was with me, in the past I have come across a lot of professionals whilst being with my son, however Jacob was excellent with him the way he spoke to him and treated him solidified my decision that I will never go anywhere but Preston’s and not deal with anyone but Jacob.
What also stood out was the personal touch, Jacob remembered my preferences what buying this watch meant to me and made the whole process feel truly special. The presentation of the watch was elegant, and the purchase process was seamless.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my Rolex and deeply appreciate the exceptional service I received. I would highly recommend this boutique, especially if u want to be treated like royalty! Jacob is a massive asset to Preston’s Leeds and I hope to see him again very soon.

The best Rolex store in the UK
This Rolex boutique in Leeds has to be the best for customer service in the UK. We have been long standing customers with them and always been impressed with the quality of the customer service from all the staff. In particular Sam, Steven and Andrew. They have been an absolute pleasure to do business with making our purchases and servicing of our watches just such a wonderful experience. Last month we picked up a new GMT which is just an outstanding piece of craftsmanship and today we collected our serviced day date. All of previous serviced watches have come back immaculate and to precise perfection and the day date was no exception. We are thoroughly impressed. The whole store is staffed with genuine people who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products and always make us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this boutique and anyone considering purchasing a Rolex or requiring a service should make this their first port of call.

I was waiting for goldsmiths to source me a Rolex root beer since 2022 with no luck as soon as I met Matt at the Wilmslow branch at the end of November he could see that I had been waiting a long time and took it on himself to try his hardest and within 2 weeks I had the watch this is a family run business that do discriminate between the rich famous or just your ordinary people

Whilst I already own a couple of Swiss watches, this was my first time buying a Rolex. Having read some horror stories online about dealing with ADs, I can honestly say the whole experience was seamless. I dealt with James in the Wilmslow Branch and from initial enquiry through to purchase, I was dealt with in an extremely friendly and professional manner. Hopefully I will get the chance to buy further watches in the future and would definitely recommend James and the team at Prestons

Amazing, just amazing
I have just had one of the most exciting experiences of my life, honestly except marrying my Wife and the birth of my 2 sons todays was awesome. The whole experience, from how welcoming John Wearden made me feel, all the way through the selection process to the final fitting of the watch I’d chosen and the purchase.
I was literally shaking throughout, I dreamt of owning a Rolex for a long time, all you hear is how AD’s don’t want to sell them to the ordinary guy, but from my experience today I can’t say anything but praise. Maybe I was Lucky that I got John but I think it’s also Preston’s and their amazing philosophy.
I am now a proud owner of a very beautiful Rolex Explorer II.
I’ve a feeling it’s not going to be my only 1 😂

An Honourable Business NOT 😡
Having been a family customer of the Preston’s Bolton store for many years in which we enjoyed a respected and valued relationship , we were extremely disappointed to see the Bolton store close with all the clients supposedly being passed onto the Wilmslow store for future business. Despite conversations with Mr Massey and John Critchlow and assurances that customers from Bolton would be looked after this is sadly not the case. They have acted in a totally unprofessional manner with the Assistant Manager a Mr Abbot today saying “ you have not been offered any watches from us because you had a lot from Bolton” - REALLY !!!! 💩
The Bolton store closed in 2018 and since this date the customer service and conversations have been more than disappointing. For future customers I would strongly think twice in dealing with a business that treats customers in this manner. They do not deserve to hold the luxury franchises they hold and I await feedback from Rolex and Co to obtain their opinion on treating customers fairly and respectfully.

Had a great experience at Prestons Wilmslow when picking up my new Rolex Datejust41. Isabella and the team really looked after me and showed me all the features of the watch and made sure I was happy with it before purchasing. The wait was long but worth it and I had good correspondence throughout even when I requested to change my watch combination mid-wait. I hope to register an interest in another watch soon. Keep up the good work.

Cannot praise Prestons in Guildford highly enough, from the manager to the doorman, especially dear Manisha who helped me in store with my enquiry. Having been looking for a nice Rolex GMTII for a considerable time now, I was invited into the Guildford showroom in order to try one on that they had managed to secure for me. I was treated with the utmost respect and civility, made to feel special as opposed to just another person seeking a Rolex watch, which they could easily have done with the demand and supply of these beautiful time pieces being what it is at the moment. The atmosphere was delightful, the watch workings explained in detail, all in all a wonderful experience in exquisite surroundings, the glass of bubbly I received can be recommended too. I purchased said watch and am extremely pleased with it, it is a marvellous piece of work that I shall cherish in the years to come. If you appreciate fine workmanship buy a Rolex, if you appreciate excellent service then Prestons will I'm sure satisfy your hopes and expectations. Thanks again Prestons, especially Manisha. First class experience and customer care from the moment arriving, I was there to drop my 2014 GMT Batman in for its first service. My appointment was with Andrew who provided us with ice cold beer and glass of champagne, such a knowledgable and passionate man for Rolex and it was a joy being in his presence for the duration of the appointment.

Poor (zero) communication if you are on a waitlist.
I bought a Tudor watch in late 2021 and joined the waiting list for a Rolex. If you are on the waiting list they will never contact you (in my experience), I felt utterly taken for granted. I’ve checked in with them a couple of times including visiting the store on more than one occasion.
I’ve been offered overpriced secondhand models (way over second hand market prices elsewhere) but denied any chance of something new. I’ve now given up after over two years. Unless I contact them they won’t bother with me.
Very poor customer communication and it feels like they simply didn’t care about me as a customer at all.

My first visit to Prestons in Guildford and i must say very impressed, it was my pleasure to meet both Sam the manager and also Caedan my sales consultant.
Both of these people were very personable, welcoming, professional and in my opinion genuine!
I was made to feel very comfortable by all staff and as a result i purchased a very nice Rolex for my wife as a surprise anniversary present, i will have no hesitation in returning to this store for a future purchase.

Prestons, Victoria Gate, Leeds - A Memory Revisited
3rd August 1976 I joined the Andrew (Royal Navy), the train taking me there left Huddersfield at 1100.
Fast forward 48 years to 3rd August 2024 and Andrew at Prestons presented me with my Explorer 1 40mm, the time? 1100.
My first Rolex to add to a collection of watches I admired, researched, saved for and acquired.
On each occasion I visited, the experience from welcome to goodbye has been exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble, what you'd expect at a Rolex Boutique is evident, but there's something else at play here, a warmth only those who are genuine can impart.
Thank you to all of the Team but especially Andrew, a true gent with a character, sense of humour, empathy and an ability to surprise. I'd recognise the handwriting anywhere, even when the postman delivers it on a Saturday morning.

From the moment we walked into Preston’s Wilmslow it was an overall fantastic experience. A very warm welcome from all the staff and upon arrival asked if we needed any assistance. Never once pushy, never rushed and listened to all my needs. I was split between a couple of Rolex watch options with a large price differential and the staff persuaded me to go with the cheaper of the two based on my requirement as a day wear watch. This immediately made me feel comfortable parting with my money knowing they had me, the customer as forefront. A massive special mention to James Sullivan! Excellent member of the sales team and an asset to your business. We’ve another watch on order for my partner and looking forward to dealing with James in the not too distant future.
