First class experience and customer care from the moment arriving, I was there to drop my 2014 GMT Batman in for its first service. My appointment was with Andrew who provided us with ice cold beer and glass of champagne, such a knowledgable and passionate man for Rolex and it was a joy being in his presence for the duration of the appointment.
