From the moment we walked into Preston’s Wilmslow it was an overall fantastic experience. A very warm welcome from all the staff and upon arrival asked if we needed any assistance. Never once pushy, never rushed and listened to all my needs. I was split between a couple of Rolex watch options with a large price differential and the staff persuaded me to go with the cheaper of the two based on my requirement as a day wear watch. This immediately made me feel comfortable parting with my money knowing they had me, the customer as forefront. A massive special mention to James Sullivan!
