Poor (zero) communication if you are on a waitlist.

I bought a Tudor watch in late 2021 and joined the waiting list for a Rolex. If you are on the waiting list they will never contact you (in my experience), I felt utterly taken for granted. I’ve checked in with them a couple of times including visiting the store on more than one occasion.

I’ve been offered overpriced secondhand models (way over second hand market prices elsewhere) but denied any chance of something new. I’ve now given up after over two years. Unless I contact them they won’t bother with me.

Very poor customer communication and it feels like they simply didn’t care about me as a customer at all.

Highly recommend

Magdalena and Elaine worked on behalf of my family for just over three years. The case was initially handled by Elaine and brought to a successful conclusion by Magdalena. Elaine gathered all the information required in a sensitive and compassionate way, commissioned the required professional reports, and began the initial negotiations. Elaine clearly communicated what was likely to happen and laid the groundwork which Magdalena picked up later in the process. Magdalena is a superlative negotiator and worked extremely hard to maximise the end settlement; very impressive. If you need solicitors specialising in personal injury claims I can highly recommend Lyons Davidson especially if you are working with Magdalena and Elaine.

Second case from them

Second case from them, they are great. Only thing I would add is that if you have a soft foam insert from a casio case they help stop your watch moving about within this case (they are fine without but better with the insert). Great product

Great watch, excellent experience.

I nearly purchased a watch about a decade ago from Blowers Jewellers and often browsed their stock in the years since. A couple of weeks ago they had a watch which caught my interest so I got in touch. Blowers Jewellers are very easy to deal with. I arranged a part exchange via email and sent it over using Royal Mail Secure. The same day my old watch arrived with them my new watch was dispatched and it arrived very well packaged the next day.

The new watch was exactly as described and in excellent condition, my part exchange was given a fair value and the new watch was competitively priced. They sized my new watch based on my part exchange and it fits perfectly.

The whole experience with Blowers was brilliant, I am very impressed and fully recommend them if you are in the market for a new watch.
