Poor (zero) communication if you are on a waitlist.
I bought a Tudor watch in late 2021 and joined the waiting list for a Rolex. If you are on the waiting list they will never contact you (in my experience), I felt utterly taken for granted. I’ve checked in with them a couple of times including visiting the store on more than one occasion.
I’ve been offered overpriced secondhand models (way over second hand market prices elsewhere) but denied any chance of something new. I’ve now given up after over two years. Unless I contact them they won’t bother with me.
Very poor customer communication and it feels like they simply didn’t care about me as a customer at all.
