We have been long standing customers with them and always been impressed with the quality of the customer service from all the staff. In particular Sam, Steven and Andrew. They have been an absolute pleasure to do business with making our purchases and servicing of our watches just such a wonderful experience. Last month we picked up a new GMT which is just an outstanding piece of craftsmanship and today we collected our serviced day date. All of previous serviced watches have come back immaculate and to precise perfection and the day date was no exception. We are thoroughly impressed. The whole store is staffed with genuine people who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products and always make us feel so welcome.
