As a returning customer who had previously made a considerable purchase I expected better customer service. Filled out the online enquiry form with name and phone number.
Received a call asking who deals with me which should have been on file and was promised a call back. No call was received. Expected more as a returning customer from a reputable business.

An asset to the company
I purchased a Rolex Cellini from this store. My inital enquiry was from another source and was handled very professionally by John who then passed me onto Jessica and Zoe at the Leeds branch and the service they provided was beyond expectations and are an asset to the company.
Everything was handled professionally and all doen remotely without me having to even visit the store.
I look forward to more purchases from this store soon and paying a visit to personally thank them for their service. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Prestons Guildford for a great experience! I recently visited with my wife and we left with two beautiful timepieces.
I want to say a special thank you to Tom who spent time with us while we were there and accommodated us even though we didn't make an appointment.
Tom had a great knowledge around watches and we really enjoyed talking with him.

My first purchase at Prestons Guildford was a fantastic experience, I received warm welcoming service by one of their professional sales team. During lockdown I made an enquiry for another timepiece but unfortunately I was unable to see them in person, today I visited the branch and was greeted by Chris who gave excellent advice. I highly recommend Prestons with service from the heart.

Wonderful Staff!
My experience with Prestons in Wilmslow has been nothing short of outstanding. In trying to source a Rolex for my Dads 60th birthday, my experience with some of the other Rolex Dealers has been frustrating and disheartening.
But at Prestons everything has been superb. Initially calling and speaking to both Eleanor in marketing and then a different Eleanor in Sales, I visited the showroom and spoke to Karla. All have been professional, friendly and helpful. They’ve been open and honest when it comes to Rolex availability, but at every step I’ve felt valued as a customer even though I’m yet to make a purchase. Even if I’m unable to get the watch in time for my Dads birthday, they are now my Jewellers of choice. The showroom itself is fantastic, only topped by how wonderful the staff are!

Fantastic staff at Prestons
I purchased a Rolex as a 30th anniversary surprise for my wife. The staff at Prestons Wilmslow were fantastic, Ellie and Imogen helped make the surprise so special. The whole experience was unforgettable starting from being welcomed in to the store by the very smart gentleman at the door.
This is the second time I have purchased a Rolex from Prestons as a surprise. The first time was for our son’s 21st birthday.
On both occasions it was a fabulous, momentous experience made possible by the staff and the excellent surroundings in the store.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Incredible purchase experience!
I bought my first Rolex - a Rolex Submariner Date from Prestons Wilmslow back in August 2018. What an incredible experience! The watch was to mark my engagement and the Prestons team kindly gave me a Rolex Tie as a gift! Phil was fantastic throughout the purchase experience. I just got married and now looking to add to my Rolex collection. Hope to be in touch with a Rolex manager soon and get back to the showroom once it's open. I hope you are all keeping safe!
