I have used Linley & Simpson in Wakefield for a number of years to let a property. We are pleased with the service received from the whole team including most recently with Ella Hodson. Thank you for continued effort to provide a quality service to tenants and landlords.
I went through the reviews and glad almost everyone had experience same thing i did once I moved in with Linley and Simpson. They drop calls on you and like someone else said here. Worst, they tried to gaslight me that it didn't happen and forwarded me a cut down voice recording of the call, which I told them I didn't remember the call that way. They kept saying hello, like they were taunting me over the phone and the third time i called, I made sure to tell them I'd request for the recording of that call if it happens again, your guess is as good as mine, call was smooth and I could communicate my grievances as I need a reference to move out of their apartment. I noticed so many repairs in the house, put in a request and was ignored. They kept directing me round until I got council involved. They sent their agent to come to my home to gaslight me more into telling me to report to them instead of council. It was evident, I did report repairs several times over several months. Please stay away from this letting agent. They need to evaluate their whole idea. People live in these homes they throw us into and do not care, but for them it's just profit I guess.

We had a lady called Lauren turnbull show us around a property today. she was very respectful and kindly spoke to us in each room. It was nice to have a friendly face whilst viewing a property. Very professional and kind mannered.
