Linley & Simpson have been my managing agent for over 12 years and continue to provide me with an excellent end-to-end service. My apartment has been fully tenanted over the entire period. Additionally, the Property Maintenance team work effectively and ensure that all aspects of building compliancy are covered and actioned where necessary.
