I called and was able to make a booking to view a property that same day, the person who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and efficient, we were shown around by Sebino who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgable, and then after that, we spoke with Liam over emails who helped us each step of the way with prompt and informative communications, moving things along with no gaps or leaving anything to chance.

The shop staff were kind, but unable to help as I needed my glasses repaired, but they were not able to do it. So I had to buy new glasses rather than have my frames which are 1 year old repaired. A bit annoying, and the new frames I bought have had no updates on the tracking page, whats the point in tracking an order if there are no updates to the tracking page!

The website was really easy to use, even though the delivery took longer than expected, the quality is outstanding as always!
